Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hakuba, Kitaazumi District

It was smooth and flexible from the exchange of messages in advance, and the room and kitchen were stylish, clean, and we had a comfortable stay.Breakfast, such as handmade carrot soup from ingredients, dressing, jam, and rice flour bread made by the neighbors, was packed with not only delicious, but also heartfelt warmth.🫶 Personally, it was a valuable opportunity to become more interested in permaculture, organic vegetables, and fair trade.It was fun to hear Yoko's experience, including Australia, and I heard personally what I was thinking about, and it was nice to come all the way from Saitama! In the summer season, where vegetables and other vegetables are grown in the fields, I can also climb mountains and I look forward to visiting again.☺️🌿

Saiko is a very friendly host. She is so nice and attentive. Location is excellent. We got to Hakuba pretty late and the place being so close to train station was very helpful.

Daniel and Sui were amazing hosts, a sweet couple, who spoke great English, fluent Japanese, and Mandarin. Daniel took us back and forth to Hirata train station in the mornings and evenings. from Hirata station, it's 6 minutes to Matsumoto Station. we couldn't find any lodging near Matsumoto station which is how we found the airbnb. We didn't explore anything near the Airbnb but Daniel did take us by his vegetable gardens. Matsumoto is a great city to explore with delicious food. Sui prepared locally grown organic Fuji apples, Asian pear, and persimmon as well as teas and coffee. They had a fire for us and we felt very comfortable in the shared living room and kitchen. we were able to borrow their refrigerator and both days Sui prepared fruit for us to take. she also taught me more about Japanese culture (we share a Taiwanese background). my daughter was very comfortable with both the hosts and wished to stay longer. I enjoyed meeting them and hope to see them again! thank you!

The starry sky and sauna were extraordinary and really great! The food was also very delicious. The futon was also fluffy, and I was able to sleep slowly without air conditioning for the first time in a long time. Please take good care of the accommodation forever. I definitely want to go again.

It was every day that I forgot about the noise of the city in a very beautiful forest.There are a lot of places to go around, but it will be a luxurious time to be in the house.My two toy poodles were initially puzzled by Pyrenees Ku-chan, but were healed by the gentle Ku-chan.Best of all, I was soothing.I don't want to leave.I'm going again!

Adorable people in a very pleasant environment, surrounded by nature. Available for a drop off in the area if you are without a vehicle. The stay could be even more pleasant if the equipment in the bedrooms was more suitable…(bedside lamp, towel rack for bath towels).

The house rules were set in detail, so I was able to prepare them in advance!Due to the inconvenient location, it was a different-world location like in a picture book, and I was able to refresh myself the best.🌳

The room was clean and spacious, and the washroom was comfortable.During the autumn leaves, it was cold in the mornings and evenings, but the room was warm with heating, so it was good.Thanks also for the recommendations of the neighborhood.

It was a very beautiful hostel. The view from the window was also good and the atmosphere was calm. However, the owner was not available when I checked in, and even if I asked the employee, I waited for a moment. It is a bit disappointing that we had to wait about 30 minutes for check-in.

Stay was 100% satisfied, very neat, well organised and well maintained. Justin was exceptionally kind, welcoming and attentive, it made me feel right at home, felt like staying again and gave references to my friends.

Yuu-san welcomed me for the New Years holidays even though I made a reservation in the last moment. He and his family are very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed exploring the traditional New Year's meals and the musical selection every morning :) This artistic home is in a peaceful countryside area and great if you need to disconnect and find your creativity. Great location and in walking distance to Happo village. Shuttle bus to nearby slopes and staff very friendly and helpful.

Seong Mi and Yoshi are the best ! They really take care of their hostel as well as their hosts. They gave me plenty of recommendations and advices. They also made sure I had everything I needed. I felt very welcoming here ! The room is perfect for a stay in Yudanaka. Their partnerships with Onsens around are a great way to enjoy different baths. In my opinion, it's even better than having their own Onsen inside the hostel. All the shared spaces are clean and well furnished. It's the perfect place to enjoy a traditional woodhouse. The location is also great, close by foot to the convenience store, drugstore, local restaurants and to the train station / bus hub. It makes it easy to go to any major spot in the area, from Nagano city center to the hiking trails / ski centers of Shiga Kogen. Just book it here and enjoy a peaceful time in Yudanaka 🙏

Was a really nice stay! Great location for the snow, really good breakfast and clean spaces. The staff were super helpful, we really enjoyed our stay!

Karen and Greg went way beyond our expectations. Their place felt like being home away from home. My friends and I visited for a ski trip and they were extremely knowledgable on all the ski resorts in the area. Not only that, but they were available 24/7 if we had questions. Greg even went out of his way to pick us up when we got lost and missed our shuttle back to the lodge. Not only that, but the home and the location was very convenient. The free shuttle to the mountains were steps away from the lodge and our room was very beautiful. They provided us a delicious breakfast each morning and made sure we were always stocked up on supplies. This is an amazing place to stay and Karen and Greg are wonderful hosts!

This little place is a gem and the hosts are amazing! Though you can’t ski in/out, the hosts will give you a lift to any resort for the day and pick you up. They can also drive you to the restaurants in Akakura town. You can even order dinner in and the food was delicious! I would stay here again if I was visiting the area in the future.

Great place for skiing. And super dog friendly. Will definitely come back again!
