Brand new ground-level 100 m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District with pool, garden shower and mountain view. 5 - 15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights. The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

Parking is right in front of the house Towels, linens and a hairdryer are provided. In the house is a small shop with Greek products.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

By car, bus or train you only need a few minutes to the romantic old town of Salzburg. We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the outskirts of the Berchtesgadener and Salzburg Alps in the municipality Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free on-site parking is available.
