Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Hải Châu District

Nice view from the private balcony of this unit. Really enjoyed the trees outside, privacy, bathtub, washing machine, and desk. Had almost everything you could need for a long stay in Da Nang, close to the river but a short and cheap Grab ride to the My An tourist beach area. There was some light renovations happening above during early afternoons, but not too bad, especially compared to the major development construction happening across the city. This block is pretty low key and there are two convenient stores downstairs that were helpful to have. Overall had a nice stay and would recommend.

Richard's place is in an excellent location! We love that the apartment is river-side and overlooks the boats on the river and you can see the lights from buildings across the river and both the Dragon Bridge & the Han River Bridge. Because of this location, even though it is in a city, the space around feels expansive and open. The riverfront is also walkable. The place is located within walking distance from markets, restaurants, coffee shops, laundry shops. And the beach is only a short taxi ride away - only around 10 - 15 minutes. The apartment is huge! The photos do not show just how large the space is, so it is a very nice surprise when you walk in. Everything is in clean, working condition and there is so much light coming into the apartment due to the large windows in each room. Richard himself is an exceptional host. He is responsive, friendly and respectful. Anything we needed assistance with, Richard was happy to help. We have loved our time here and would love to return!

The owner is cute, super enthusiastic, I can see fireworks in the room, the view of the room overlooking the bay and the bridge is crazy. There is an infinity pool on the floor with a full view.

Please note that there are few reviews and details ^ - ^ 1. When entering the hotel from the airport. The host sent me a private driver to the airport because I arrived at dawn (There seems to be no other way because it is not a hotel check-in. Because staff are available from 9 am to 5 pm) $7 USD cost (KRW 9,667) When going from the hotel to the airport, I moved to Grab and toll gate included It was 104000 VND (5,626 won for Hanwha). 2. Towel change & cleaning Towels are changed with toilet paper and 2 bottles of water every day at 11 am, and cleaning is done once every 3 days. 3. Swimming pool The pool is very spacious and 90% of the time is Korean. This property does not have access to hotel services, so there is a hassle of having to check the hotel key from the manager every day in front of the pool. Hotel service users have a free pass ~ (Swimming Pool available for free. Otherwise, use of additional facilities including breakfast is charged) 4. In the house 1) Fridge temperature is very poor. Almost lukewarm? All rooms that the host is managing are said to be at this level. At the grocery store in front of the hotel, buy ice every day at 5000 dong (270 won) and make it cool and eat it. 2) Bedding is very comfortable. However, there is no noise from people in the hallway. 3) Air conditioner bread ~ 4) There is a dryer/coffee pot. No microwave 5) Netflix and YouTube are available. Overall, the room condition is good. If only the refrigerator was cool, it would be great (of course, the water cannot be frozen). It would be nice if only the refrigerator was supplemented.

Donna's apartment was perfect for the two of us. Being right across from the beach was a big plus. We had a couple of very minor issues that were resolved within minutes. Although we never met Donna face to face she was brilliant at keeping in touch. I would not hesitate in recommending Donna's apartment if you're looking for a modern but cozy place to live while enjoying Da Nang.

Flawless accommodation! May has been helpful since day one, she made sure we didn't miss anything. This accommodation located in the à la carte hotel is known to all (Grab/Taxis) and is by the sea, easily accessible on foot, near the dragon bridge. The value for money is very good! She even offers a full cleaning service of the accommodation included in the price. Thanks again May!!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

We really enjoy our stay at this apartment and facilities were amazing. The location was perfect- right across from My Khe beach, super convenient. The accommodation was clean, beautiful, spacious with a breathtaking ocean view. Nguyen is a very kind and generous host. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a central convenient gateway!

Shine was such a lovely host, she met us on arrival and went to extra efforts to get a cot prepared for us last minute as I forgot to ask her about that beforehand. She also surprised us with free buffet breakfast, which was so lovely. Thank you Shine for making our stay so easy, highly recommend!

The house with a super view; the pool experience was great as well.

Since I was traveling to Da Nang for the first time, I was worried that the accommodation wouldn't be far away or that the photos would be good. As soon as I entered the accommodation, I realized that it was useless to worry. The large swimming pool and large house that welcomed us from the entrance were welcoming, and the interior was so big and cool that I received compliments from my friends, so I had a pleasant trip to Da Nang and left only good memories. The host's response was also very quick, so it's a more worry-free accommodation. Next time I travel to Da Nang, I will travel with my family. Thank you for a great trip ^ ^

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation is located on a local street. It is a bit away from the tourist area, but it gives off a charming local vibe. The house itself is very spacious, unique and beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor and a dance studio with a sauna on the third floor. The rooftop view was refreshing and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The host was exceptionally responsible and very active in communication. I have never encountered a host who replied to my messages as quickly as she did. She was also very helpful and provided helpful information about the city, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped spot with a local touch in Da Nang, you won’t regret booking this accommodation.

If there is a problem in the accommodation or a request, the host actively tries to solve it. Excellent guidance on local attractions. But the resort's lifeguards are a little scary...

Had a lovely time at the villa. Very spacious. Great pool and just opposite the bigger pool which was very beautiful set in gardens. Staff were very friendly and Tang was at hand to help and gave us a lovely send off. The beach at this place is absolutley beautiful. Hardly anyone there and supervised well with a lifeguard. The villa itself was extremely clean and had excellent air con. We loved our stay. Thanks

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

There are 8 rooms, so it's good because it's so big. Heh, it's awesome.

The place was very nice, clean and convenient for grab. We have a lovely time. We stay here again if we come back to Da Nang
