예약한 방에 문제가 있다고 연락이 왔으나 같은 타운의 다른방을 바로 연결해줬습니다. 호스트와의 연락은 잘되며 응답은 정말 빨랐습니다. 방청소를 원하냐고 마주칠때마다 물어볼정도로 집주인은 친절했습니다. 주변 타운들의 공사로 인해 약간 소음이 있긴 했으나 취침시간이나 이른아침시간에는 소음이 없어 크게 신경쓰일 부분은 아닌듯 싶습니다. 전체적으로 만족스러운 숙소입니다.

Richard's place is in an excellent location! We love that the apartment is river-side and overlooks the boats on the river and you can see the lights from buildings across the river and both the Dragon Bridge & the Han River Bridge. Because of this location, even though it is in a city, the space around feels expansive and open. The riverfront is also walkable. The place is located within walking distance from markets, restaurants, coffee shops, laundry shops. And the beach is only a short taxi ride away - only around 10 - 15 minutes. The apartment is huge! The photos do not show just how large the space is, so it is a very nice surprise when you walk in. Everything is in clean, working condition and there is so much light coming into the apartment due to the large windows in each room. Richard himself is an exceptional host. He is responsive, friendly and respectful. Anything we needed assistance with, Richard was happy to help. We have loved our time here and would love to return!

후기가 적어 디테일하게 작성하니 참고하세요 ^-^ 1. 공항에서 호텔 들어갈 때. 새벽에 도착하기 때문에 호스트 측에서 전용 기사를 공항으로 보내줌 (호텔 체크인이 아니기 때문 다른 방법은 없을 듯. 오전 9~오후 5시까지 직원이 근무하기 떄문) $7달러 비용(한화 9,667원) 호텔에서 공항 갈 때는 그랩으로 이동하였으며 톨게이트 비용 포함 104000동(한화 5,626원)이었음. 2. 수건 교체&청소 수건은 매일 오전 11시 휴지, 물 2병과 함께 교체 해주며 청소는 3일에 한 번 해줌. 3. 수영장 수영장은 매우 넓으며 90%가 한국인임. 이 숙소는 호텔 서비스를 이용할 수 없으므로 수영장 앞에서 매일 관리자에게 호텔 키 확인 받아야하는 번거러움이 있음. 호텔 서비스 이용인들은 프리 패스~ (수영장 무료 이용 가능. 그 외 조식 포함 부대 시설 이용은 유료) 4. 숙소 내 1) 냉장고 온도가 매우 열악함. 거의 미지근한 수준? 호스트가 관리 중인 모든 방이 이 수준이라고 함. 호텔 앞 마트에서 5000동(한화 270원)에 매일 얼음 사서 시원하게 만들어서 먹음. 2) 침구류는 매우 편함. 그러나 복도에서 사람들의 소음이 만만치 않음. 3) 에어컨 빵빵~ 4) 드라이기/커피 포트 있음. 전자레인지 없음 5) 넷플릭스, 유튜브 시청 가능함. 전반적으로 룸컨디션 좋음. 냉장고만 시원했다면 아주 좋을 듯(물은 당연히 얼릴 수가 없음) 냉장고만 보완한다면 좋겠음.

Donna's apartment was perfect for the two of us. Being right across from the beach was a big plus. We had a couple of very minor issues that were resolved within minutes. Although we never met Donna face to face she was brilliant at keeping in touch. I would not hesitate in recommending Donna's apartment if you're looking for a modern but cozy place to live while enjoying Da Nang.

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Elle vous propose même un service nettoyage complet du logement compris dans le tarif. Merci encore May!!

Amazing location right across from the beach which is only a 2-3 minute walk away. Lively area with many places to eat and drink. The wifi was great, amazing ac unit, and comfortable bed. Very safe building. Nice massage area and pool on the top floor. One of the best airbnbs in da nang

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

We really enjoy our stay at this apartment and facilities were amazing. The location was perfect- right across from My Khe beach, super convenient. The accommodation was clean, beautiful, spacious with a breathtaking ocean view. Nguyen is a very kind and generous host. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a central convenient gateway!

Shine was such a lovely host, she met us on arrival and went to extra efforts to get a cot prepared for us last minute as I forgot to ask her about that beforehand. She also surprised us with free buffet breakfast, which was so lovely. Thank you Shine for making our stay so easy, highly recommend!

처음 다낭으로 여행이라 숙소가 멀지 않을까 사진만 좋지 않을까 걱정반 기대반으로 들어갔습니다. 숙소에 들어가자마자 걱정은 쓸데 없는 거였단거를 알게 되었습니다. 입구서부터 반겨주는 커다란 수영장과 큰 집이 저희를 반겨주고 있었고 내부도 너무 크고 멋져서 친구들에게 칭찬을 받아서 저도 기분좋게 다낭 여행을 잘 마치고 좋은 추억만 남기고 왔습니다. 호스트 반응도 아주 빨리 대응 해주셔서 더욱 걱정 없는 숙소 입니다. 다음 번에 다낭 여행때는 가족들과 같이 여행을 오도록 하겠습니다. 좋은 여행 만들어주셔서 감사합니다^^

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation is located on a local street. It is a bit away from the tourist area, but it gives off a charming local vibe. The house itself is very spacious, unique and beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor and a dance studio with a sauna on the third floor. The rooftop view was refreshing and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The host was exceptionally responsible and very active in communication. I have never encountered a host who replied to my messages as quickly as she did. She was also very helpful and provided helpful information about the city, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped spot with a local touch in Da Nang, you won’t regret booking this accommodation.

Had a lovely time at the villa. Very spacious. Great pool and just opposite the bigger pool which was very beautiful set in gardens. Staff were very friendly and Tang was at hand to help and gave us a lovely send off. The beach at this place is absolutley beautiful. Hardly anyone there and supervised well with a lifeguard. The villa itself was extremely clean and had excellent air con. We loved our stay. Thanks

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended
