Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hải Châu District

We love Jisan’s place. He was very helpful helping us leave our luggage before our initial check in time. The location is close to everything, dragon bridge, Han market and so many shops and restaurants close by. We definitely want to stay here again next time we are in Danang. Our family have a great time in Danang.

Ann was fantastic! Unfortunately, we had a hiccup with our accommodation and had a night with no place to stay. Ann's place by chance had a night free and overall we wished we had the place the whole time we were in Da Nang! She was booked up already. The instructions were really clear and we had enjoyed sitting on the rooftop watching the Dragon Bridge which was really close by. Very clean and we were relieved that the shower was so pleasant and comfortable. Overall great host and hope to visit again very soon :)

I used the hotel for 2 days and this place for 2 days, but the bedding was cleaner than the hotel. I also watched the fireworks festival from the rooftop It's the best of the best.

Everything was great except for the inconvenience of having just 1 access card. It would be good to have at least 2 set since there it is a 2-bedroom apartment. Other than that, location is great, the building receptionist could smile more and be more approachable. The security guard is hard working and polite. Will consider returning for stay if I am back in Da Nang again!

The Tran Thi Ly bridge view apartment I just rented for 1 night, the experience is quite satisfied. Beautiful view, especially in the evening overlooking the bridge is very chill. Suitable for a short getaway or a weekend change.

Seahorse Signature is a very good hotel. I booked the LOFT and loved it. It's spacious, clean, and very pretty. I had a pleasant stay at Seahorse Signature. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to guests, especially the hotel caretaker, who greets you with a big smile. The location is ideal for me, as it's located right in the city center, close to local markets and the Dragon Bridge. I will return to this hotel for my next stay in Danang.

Apartment is small, but very nice. Huge window with a lot of daylights. Not far from apartment is night market, but there is no noise inside apartment. Ngoc is very nice and will help you if you need it.

Staff is very nice and accommodating

Very nice apartment in a quiet part of Da Nang. The apartment is situated in a quiet part of Da Nang, but still close to all of the fun. You have everything you need to cook and wash your clothes with all other necessities near the stay. There is a pool, gym, sauna and rooftop which makes it a nice place to stay long time.

This was an amazing place to stay at. Restaurants, cute coffee places around. The host was very nice, helpful and responsive. It is close to a lot of places by motorbike or taxi

Great host and location, The host responded to all my messages promptly and even checked up on me. The unit is also in a great location. Within a 30min walking distance there are lots of restaurants and convenient stores. There are two convenient stores right outside condo complex. The wifi is fast. I was able to do my online work with ease. The beach is only like a 5-10min ride by motorbike. Grab is the main ride-share. I was able to book a Grab bike or car with no issues. I also was able to order food through Grab with no issues. The host also has a restaurant they referred me to and pickup me up. That was nice. The restaurant is good too and it's along side the beach. Don't have anything bad to say about the host. The unit and location suited my needs. Thanks Urban Reside.

Great apartment for families! Beds were amazing and overall we had amazing days here. The negative was that the shower had a low pressure and the furnitures are getting a bit old. Pool and sunbeds on the rooftop had an amazing view!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is exactly photos, which is enough for family stays. Amenities like shampoo, bathgel, toothbrush, towels avaiable as staying in a hotel. There are many clothes washing shops in the street with cheap price, so very convinience. There are many banh my on the street in the morning, so good for fast breakfast. It is quite noisy at 10pm as it is near very crowded beach, but we can still sleep. Cleaning avaiable for free each some days, just ask the host and he will supply. He answer very fast. The swingpool is nice but with price (100k/audult, 50k/ kid) so we swim only 2 times. We prefer the beach. Sitting at the rooftop to enjoy the whole night view is great. We stays 5 days and all is good. And dont forget to ask the host to check the air conditioner before you come.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

We really enjoy our stay at this apartment and facilities were amazing. The location was perfect- right across from My Khe beach, super convenient. The accommodation was clean, beautiful, spacious with a breathtaking ocean view. Nguyen is a very kind and generous host. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a central convenient gateway!
