Charming older red-painted cottage only 300 meters to the sea and swimming jetty. Located only 20 km from Kalmar and about 15 minutes drive to the Öland Bridge. Large lush plot. Close to hiking trail and beautiful nature. Only 1.5 km walk to larger camping, Vita Sand, with nice swimming, street kitchen and large playground. Bed linen and towels are not included. Pillows and duvets are provided. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning before check-out.

Stay was exactly as described. Neat, tidy, complete and very clean. Had virtually no contact with administrators because they were also away for a few days. Contact via email was excellent. Small gift upon arrival. Everything in the apartment is available from toilet paper to dishwasher tablets. Could there be a few more towels available, but in consultation with the manager, that can probably be arranged. All the equipment present also works perfectly, and looks good and well cared for. Bathroom is just neat. Beds (box spring) sleep well. From the apartment, it is about 20 minutes to Öland by car. We, my wife and I, had a great stay in Kalmar.

A typical Swedish red mini house, but furnished with taste and with all the comforts kitchen, bathroom and very comfortable bed. A small, cozy cabin in Julia's garden, overlooking the fields. There is also a nice terrace but unfortunately we could not enjoy it because it was too windy. Very discreet hosts, which is appreciable (but friendly and gives all the information).

We had a wonderful week with Michael and Therese in Nydal. The house is just amazing! Especially the huge window front with the great view of the private jetty with rowing boat inspired us every morning! The amenities are great, everything you need for a great stay is there. In our opinion, the house is perfect for 4 people. The location is quiet, and Mönsteras is approx. 5 minutes. There you will find supermarkets, a gas station, a bakery, restaurants, shops and even a small cinema. We used the central location for some excursions to Öland and Kalmar or to Vimmerby.

I had three boys aged 16-21 at the end of May. The place was like a dream. We arrived at night and the lake lay there, large, mighty and mysterious in the dark. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed four days to the fullest with SUP boards, boat, swimming, sauna, walks around the lake, bonfire and relaxation. It's really great to have it all to yourself. - The eldest son needed to have the annex / cottage to himself! We dream of coming back in the middle of winter and ice fishing🎣, winter swimming 🥶 and then sauna🥵!!
