the house was in a very calm neighborhood, there is a monopoly within walking distance, it takes a long time to get to the center of Alaçatı on foot, but if you have a car, the transportation is convenient, the hosts were very sweet and interested, we did not feel any discomfort, thank you.

The house was really spacious, comfortable and elegantly furnished. It was immaculate. We had a short but pleasant stay with its garden, pool and being in touch with nature. Even though we only stayed for 1 night, every detail was thought of in the house. The host was interested. One of the biggest advantages is that the house is 15 minutes away from Alaçatı. Everything was perfect!

We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

The location of the house is very nice if you have a car. Mr. Engin is a very caring host. The house was spotless. If you're looking for a peaceful vacation, it's a really great choice. There are nice restaurants around, and there are many options for ordering home. Ilıca beach is 5 minutes away by car and is an excellent beach. It is a house that I will definitely prefer again and again.

Our hosts were very friendly and reaponsive and the house is even nicer than the photos! Our boys loved the swimming pool!

We had a wonderful holiday holiday with our 4 adults and 2 pawed daughters. The location of the house, the size of the four rooms, it was very nice to have their own bathrooms. The living room of the house is very passable and has a very nice burning fireplace. We did not have any heating problems with the heaters in each room. The house has a very nice pool and garden for summer. Both Ms. Meray and Ms. Idil were very supportive in all kinds of matters until they left the first booking stage. We easily parked our car around Hacımemiş mosque, the house is only 5 minutes away. A very beautiful home that we also want to experience Little Lucky summer...

Sibel allowed us to enter this apartment, located a pleasant distance from the seaside, earlier than the official time. The planned garden was not accessible. But we enjoyed the large windows giving a beautiful brightness to the accommodation. The rooms are large, especially the beautiful living room. We park just in the street in front of the apartment, convenient! Alaçati is about ten minutes away by car. We preferred Cesme, more authentic, with its shops, its port, its rambla, its fort, the kindness of its inhabitants and some authentic restaurants. Quiet accommodation, which is great! A very good memory!

it is gorgeous! it's off the road and private. the courtyard is amazing. I would book a wedding there. it's that buetiful. The appartment was all new. and Berkan the host is so freandly. he helped me out with my dog and made all my dinner reservations to make sure my Large dog could go to.

Ms. Zeynep was very interested in every Meaning, she sent us medicine even though she was away from the pharmacy on call. My home location was very nice bazaar distance and neighborhood, thank you for everything 🙏

We had a fantastic stay in Alacati. Close to shops, bakery, fruit &veg , butcher and convenience store. The owners were fantastic hosts, the place was immaculately clean and very spacious. Everything was high quality, soft bed, good linen and furniture. Our second home in Turkey!

It was perhaps the cleanest of my stays so far. All the amenities were immaculate before we arrived. We would like to thank Mr. Vahit and Ms. Selda. They have a local guidebook, you can consider it. The Ertürk bakery recommended by Mr. Vahit is our advice for breakfast.

Nikos and his wife were caring, warm, and friendly. We felt as peaceful as in our home. The house was within walking distance to the center. We had the chance to stay in a beautiful and clean house with a nice view for 2 people with everything we needed. Thank you very much 😊

This apartment is both amazingly located and beautifully appointed. Xanthippi is an amazing host, providing just the right level of being available without being too much. VERY clear instructions for check in and check out, and she provides great guides on the island in a book in the apartment. Will 100% stay again the next time I come to Chios!

It was peaceful, Clean and comfortable.

Vasiliki is a SUPER HOST. She lives up to her name. We could not have chosen a nicer place. Super clean. The view was spectacular. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to many activities and sites. Her place was clean, neat and modern. We loved everything about this experience with her.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.
