I had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless and very new, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. The sheets were clean and fresh, and the overall space was really comfortable and inviting. I especially appreciated the large parking garage—it made coming and going super convenient. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

That house is so enough for everyone sleep and or background yard so large. It is very easy chilling like peace.

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

Our stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The space was clean, charming, and perfectly suited for our short visit to Pasadena. Min was highly responsive and provided clear communication throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the private parking and entrance, which added to the overall convenience and comfort. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Really awesome host and amazing place! the drive way & garage fits 3 cars. our party had more than that for our bachlorette and were able to find street parking. Be careful with the street parking though: there were some trees that got sticky sap all over the cars and pollen/leaves clung to it.

Our stay was Great! The house was really spacious, and it also has an outstanding view to the city of Hollywood.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard! The location was perfect for the plans we had. I would definitely come back and will also recommend it to others.

This home is beautiful. I loved that this home had more than the bare minimum of furniture. It truly felt like home. Tommy was a great host, answered all our questions and checked on us a few times. House rules clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. We parked on the street and entered the home to access the gate key. Once parking was situated we were able to immediately relax because the amenities. From the pool, to the hot tub, guest house, and the kitchen. Omg the kitchen, and the provided cookware/dishes, request to use plastic by the pool were provided. I was able to cook dinner without buying additional items. The art work was cool, and the yard felt like you were worlds away on vacay! Sitting by the fire laughing and talking nightly was a highlight. Thank you Tommy for providing such a wonderful getaway!

This was a fun and cute place for our family to stay for our Disneyland trip! Clean and fun!

Tiffany was busy with work during our stay so her Husband Andy helped us out and he was great with communication throughout the stay. Gave check in information the morning of and was quick to answer any questions we had. House was beautiful and would be happy to stay again if ever in the area again. Anyone staying at the house should have a fantastic time.

Greg and Maylen’s home is gorgeous, and perfect for large groups. We had plenty of space to spend time together in groups and also plenty of privacy with many private bedrooms - all extremely comfortable and clean! The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and the hosts were very responsive and friendly - couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would not hesitate to come back! Thank you so much!

Annie was wonderful. We booked 4 rooms for my daughter’s graduation. Annie was so kind and gave us access to yard for a gathering of her roommates and families. Absolutely wonderful. All those that attended commented on how nice it was.

Very quiet neighborhood and great mountain view. The room is private and clean. The host is kind and responsive. The only thing is that the mattress and pillows are tooooo soft. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Self check-in was clear and easy. The house is luxurious, clean, and cozy. Amazing pool with everything you might need around. Everything was spotless and smelled great. Mia is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This home away from home was the perfect vacation retreat for ourselves and 7 grown kids. Property was exactly as described, pool was wonderful with breathtaking views of LA. Beautifully decorated with every amenity we needed. Silvia was very responsive to any messages and facilitated early check in. We would go back in the future. Exactly what we wanted in a perfect location! The only complaint is that the beds were too comfortable and I don’t know how I can ever sleep in my own bed again! Highly recommend x

We were in LA for a large family reunion, so this place was perfect. Part of our family lives in the neighborhood, so we couldn’t beat the location. Those of us in the house all had our own room - and full bathroom! - which was awesome. You could tell this place wasn’t a ‘home’ because it was missing a few amenities like towel bars, tissues, and furniture you’d curl up on, but it was perfect for a vacation where we were in and out. AvantStay was an excellent host and super responsive. We had trouble getting on the Wi-Fi; and they quickly gave us other networks that resolved the issue. We would definitely stay here or at another AvantStay property in the future.
