I had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless and very new, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. The sheets were clean and fresh, and the overall space was really comfortable and inviting. I especially appreciated the large parking garage—it made coming and going super convenient. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Jade’s home was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed every minute :) it was exactly as described and included the very best amenities! Plenty of towels and things needed for our trip! It was fully stocked and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again! Jade was very responsive, friendly and accommodating! We came for a 2 day Disneyland trip and it was the perfect location, not too far from the park! Highly recommend :)

Really awesome host and amazing place! the drive way & garage fits 3 cars. our party had more than that for our bachlorette and were able to find street parking. Be careful with the street parking though: there were some trees that got sticky sap all over the cars and pollen/leaves clung to it.

Our stay was Great! The house was really spacious, and it also has an outstanding view to the city of Hollywood.

We booked Susan's home for my girls birthday and her friends. They had an absolutely wonderful time! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The home itself is stunning, with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. Susan was always responsive, and accommodating! The location overlooking the ocean was perfect!

Annie was wonderful. We booked 4 rooms for my daughter’s graduation. Annie was so kind and gave us access to yard for a gathering of her roommates and families. Absolutely wonderful. All those that attended commented on how nice it was.

Very quiet neighborhood and great mountain view. The room is private and clean. The host is kind and responsive. The only thing is that the mattress and pillows are tooooo soft. Other than that, it’s perfect.

This home away from home was the perfect vacation retreat for ourselves and 7 grown kids. Property was exactly as described, pool was wonderful with breathtaking views of LA. Beautifully decorated with every amenity we needed. Silvia was very responsive to any messages and facilitated early check in. We would go back in the future. Exactly what we wanted in a perfect location! The only complaint is that the beds were too comfortable and I don’t know how I can ever sleep in my own bed again! Highly recommend x

We were in LA for a large family reunion, so this place was perfect. Part of our family lives in the neighborhood, so we couldn’t beat the location. Those of us in the house all had our own room - and full bathroom! - which was awesome. You could tell this place wasn’t a ‘home’ because it was missing a few amenities like towel bars, tissues, and furniture you’d curl up on, but it was perfect for a vacation where we were in and out. AvantStay was an excellent host and super responsive. We had trouble getting on the Wi-Fi; and they quickly gave us other networks that resolved the issue. We would definitely stay here or at another AvantStay property in the future.
