Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Guzmán Abajo

The stay was easy from start to finish. The host was available & responsive to all communication. The smart home features were a convenient surprise. I would stay as this home again.

It was 10 of us and we had more than enough space. They were very responsive. Beautiful area and house. Love the pool. I highly recommend.

The place was exactly as described, very clean and welcoming. Amenities for everyone in the group. There was no getting board at this place. The outside kitchen and pool area was a huge plus. We enjoyed every bit of this house. Hosts were extremely helpful and answered within minutes when we had any questions or concerns. This will definitely be our place of choice whenever we return to Puerto Rico!!! Recommend 100%!

Great place. The house is comfortable and very easy to get used to. Rough around the edges, but super close to many beaches, fun places and good restaurants. The place where the hpise is located is not fancy, but is very peaceful. We did not want tp leave! Jose, the host was always very responsive and helpful. My husband got to meet him and felt comfortable.

Majestad came over to greet us and he was very friendly and professional. There were some minor issues that we had to address but he rectified them immediately. This home has an Amazing view. It very private with a heated pool that we were very appreciative of for our night time hanging out. Majestad's home provided us with an array of fun games that were perfect for our group. A beer pong table, mini pool table, Jumbo Zenga, Jumbo Connect Four, A air hockey table and a chess board. The home is spacious and welcoming. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. There's even a Propane bbq grill on the back patio area that even has lounge couches and a Swinging chair. Whenever I come back to Puerto Rico, this home will definitely be my 1st choice if it's available. I Highly recommend this home to a Family or Group that's traveling with 6 to 8 individuals. Not directly related Majestad, but the roads in route to the home could be intimidating for some.

Josh and Jessica were very friendly & quick to respond. Beautiful view. Close to great restaurants, beaches, rain forest etc. Owners took great attention to detail, which made our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.

Absolutely the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at! House was close to main drag for groceries, shops, restaurants, Beach, and El Yunque. Had everything that you would want in your home. Views were spectacular especially the small mountain behind house as homes and street lights lit. The hosts were quick to respond and a wealth of recommendations. We are definitely coming back!

Beautiful place, great communication and transparency with the host, listen to the advice on getting there etc., was nervous about the 400 security deposit but just made sure to clean the last day and got it back

Truly incredible stay, just as described. Such a wonderful please to stay with or without children. So many things to do at your place at night, then go on adventures during the day. Pool, jacuzzi, gorgeous lights everywhere, pool table, projecting tv you can watch from the pool. Couldn’t ask for more honestly! Will be staying again soon!

Beautiful and comfortable unit! The view was breathtaking, loved having coffee on the patio in the mornings! Everything was just as photographed, a little confusing to get to the actual unit, but you get used to it by the next day. The only thing I would recommend is for hosts to put a long mirror or any mirror in the second bedroom as there were none and my daughters had to use the mirror in the master bedroom. Which imagine three women trying to get ready with one mirror lol, it was no biggie at all and does not change how I feel about such a wonderful stay! I would stay again! Communication was very responsive and friendly, well equipped kitchen! The community pool however was a bit underwhelming, but still not a takeaway! We enjoyed our stay!

Rosalyn was an awesome host. We were there during the New Year's island-wide power outage and she had both solar panels and a generator to compensate. The amenities were great - pool, hot tub, grill, billards. We would stay again.

This is our second time staying at Myrka’s place. She is one of the best hosts we have ever encountered. She is super responsive and always eager to help. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. Since staying here for the first time, we always try to book it again every time we come to Puerto Rico.

The Airbnb is in a great location. The space is well equipped to keep you cool during the heat. Had a great experience!

Lay was a great host that was very responsive to any questions or changes. The Airbnb was clean and in my opinion very thoughtful between beach/pool necessities, washer and dryer, AC’s in every room, and everything from sunscreen/bug repellent/ first aid kit. There is an Airbnb sign on the outside of the property to help find it. Would recommend and book again.

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. That hammock? Unreal. Pure relaxation mode. The pool was a total banger, crystal clear and just perfect to chill. The grill setup was clutch, used it every day. Interior of the house? Stylish as hell — you can tell they put thought into every detail. Luis couldn’t have been a better host. All questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. We felt so comfortable and at home! Such a perfect set up for our group. My son is 5 and the trundle bed was the perfect spot for him, two bathrooms for the adults made things seamless. The property was gorgeous and so much fun! 🤩

our stay was absolutely amazing. The place looks exactly like the pictures – the views are stunning, the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, and the whole vibe is just so peaceful and comfortable. Our host (Tom) was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations (he literally has a binder with food recommendations, beaches and activities). You can really tell tom cares about making sure guests have a great experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything you want to see in Puerto Rico, and the property itself is like a little slice of paradise. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the amenities and more, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend this place, and I can’t wait to come back!

Carmens home is just what my family needed. It's beautiful and the Ocean is at your back door. I did not want to leave. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. My husband and I love the cute home and had everything and more we needed. Private gated safe with security 24 hours and close to the everything you need. We cant wait to stay again at Carmen's place. The place was super clean and not one bug, clean dishes and clean blankets that smell like fresh laundry! Thank you, Carmen, for opening your home to us!

Spent the most memorable 6 days here. The access to the private beach was the highlight for me. The hot tub is definitely a winner if you just wanna relax and stargaze after a long day. The hosts have been very prompt with their responsive service and helpful with local recommendations. Thank you Elba and Greg.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and it had so many thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. There were even toys for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The space was well organized, and the complex felt safe and peaceful at all times. The pools were simply spectacular — perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time. One of the highlights was how attentive and responsive the hosts were. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions. We’d definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

What a wonderful place to stay! Very peaceful place to stay but still in the middle of everything. Great restaurant and activities around, super close to el yunque.

Our pictures look just as good as advertised! Water in the pool refreshing water in the ocean perfection. Very calm condo resort. During the day very few people out felt like it was all ours!! Pools were great and the slide was very fast and fun! The Host did warn about insects this time of year and we did prepare thankfully! Also had a can of bug spray for us provided. Very kind. Security was great and appreciated even though the area did seem safe it was nice to have. Gorgeous views. We had no problems getting an Uber wherever we wanted to go. We opted not to get a rental and was fine. If you are looking to relax, you won’t be disappointed. We tried a few places Carmen suggested and were happy with them. Thank you Carmen for a delightful restful stay!

I would highly recommend booking a place from Zenen and Wanda. Their place was exactly as expected from the listing. The one downside was the lazy river was under construction and not made apparent until after booking (it should be up and running May 1st forward!) Communication was great and we were there during one of the electric blackouts. They were super hosts, trying to be as accommodating as possible during a stressful situation with little ones in tow. Thanks for the hospitality and I’d recommend your place to anyone considering.
