Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Das 60qm große Studio ist als "Haus im Haus" in die obere Etage unserer Scheune gebaut. Zum Appartement gehört eine Loggia mit weiten Panoramafenstern, durch die man die Sonnenuntergänge über der Pferdekoppel bestaunen kann. Ausgelegt ist der Raum als Appartement für 2-6 Personen und Studio für andere Zwecke. Mit Eichenparkett, Lehmwänden, einem Schlafpodest und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ist es liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad mit Dusche befindet sich im EG mit separatem Zugang.

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal. Starte deine Ausflüge in die wundervolle Natur der Umgebung oder nutze die gute Bahnanbindung der Mobilitätsdrehscheibe Büchen (5 min fußläufig), um die schönsten Städte Deutschlands wie Hamburg, Lübeck oder Lüneburg zu erkunden. Die helle modern eingerichtete Wohnung hat einen Balkon und im Keller ist genügend Platz vorhanden, um 2 Fahrräder abzustellen.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Quartier13 - Vacation apartment in Mölln

Our modern apartment, Quartier13, was newly renovated in 2021 and equipped according to the latest standards. This is located on the ground floor and is freely accessible through a separate entrance. The apartment also has a small garden with seating and a grill. The location of the apartment is a quiet street in the middle of a residential area. This has the advantage that the center of Mölln, as well as forest trails and lakes can be reached quickly and easily.

Detached feel-good house + Quiet cul-de-sac location

The detached guesthouse "Erna" is located in a quiet, rear location on the left side of a large property in a cul-de-sac location – ideal for couples, small families or travelers with pets. With modern kitchen, large living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Whether for a night, a weekend or a longer stay – "Erna" combines comfort and a pleasantly private atmosphere. Several dogs are also not an issue.

Cozy apartment

The small, cozy, barrier-free apartment is located separately on the first floor of our detached house and has a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with extra large shower with folding seat. Towels and linens are provided. Pets are welcome by arrangement. The large garden behind the house can be shared. If required, a children's travel bed can be provided.
