Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Guntersville

My family and I had a great time staying at John’s place. All the necessities were available and had no issues. I would say pay attention to the maps of when you are there. Since there are lots of trees and hills in the area, the driveway sneaks up on you. There is an “available for lease “ sign right next to the driveway that helps a lot. Pictures of the house are exactly as posted. I would definitely stay there again.

My team and I absolutely loved Kelly’s quaint farmhouse. It looked just like the photos. It was clean and decorated so beautifully. I love that there were plenty of towels. We had a private chef come to cook dinner & even cooked ourselves. There were plenty of items in the kitchen. We ran into an issue with the TV. Kelly stopped by and actually had a brand new TV delivered so we would be able to utilize the screen mirroring feature for our meeting. She went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. Oh and Kelly is absolutely beautiful in person. Even my toddler daughter noticed and told Kelly she was pretty. 😊 10/10 rating for this visit for sure!

Adorable lake house in great location. Home was very clean and nicely stocked with anything we needed for our stay. Spacious for our family of 7and quiet neighborhood. We loved walking down to the lake in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee. Beds are firm and very comfy. There are extra blankets too. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath towels, and wash clothes. The large bathtub was so nice to relax in and the body jets in the shower were amazing! The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes, pots, pans, dish washing liquid, trash bags, and all kinds of seasonings. The living room furniture was comfortable and included family games. You literally just need to bring yourself and your clothes as this place has everything you need. Also, Publix is only 12 mins away for groceries. We loved our stay and would most definitely stay here again.

Katy was a wonderful host during our stay in Huntsville! She made us feel welcome right away and made sure we had everything we needed. My kids especially loved the yard and all the toys, such a treat after a long day of travel. Katy was also proactive in checking for weather updates and sharing them with us, which we really appreciated. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

From start to finish Jamie was always very friendly and responsive to any communication or questions I had about the house or the community. The house was very pleasant and in a peaceful environment. The house was as described and an excellent deal for what we paid to stay. I felt completely safe and had zero hesitations about being in a strange house. Everything we wanted to see was within a 10 minute drive so it was not tiring and draining on driving across town. The neighbors on both sides waived and said hi which made for a comforting feeling. The neighbor across the street had a makeshift take it forward library to grab a book to read and drop back off or you can keep them there is no checkout system. Jamie was a wonderful host and very quick to respond to all questions. Thanks Jamie.

Really enjoyed my stay here. All the amenities I needed and very clean. Seemed like newly-remodeled place and felt new with quality workmanship. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here.

We spent our anniversary at Smooth as Glass and left wondering if Julia is secretly an Airbnb fairy godmother. The home was peaceful, beautifully decorated, and that huge bathtub? Let’s just say it turned our bubble bath into a full-on spa date. Julia’s attention to detail made everything feel extra special, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast—still dreaming about it. We laughed, relaxed, soaked, and ate like royalty. It was the kind of getaway that makes you fall in love all over again. Already planning round two!

Very convenient place to stay on our trip to Florida. Only about 10 mins off the highway and close to amenities. House is a bit dated in places, and it would be nice if the kitchen were a bit better stocked, but our priority was a secure fenced yard for our dogs- and this home delivered on that front! The dogs loved the huge yard! It was a quiet neighborhood and filled our needs.

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Our family enjoyed it so much. The kids loved the zipline and enjoyed the pool. Our family caught some fish too!!!! After the storm we are glad the house had the emergency generator. This just made it easier to see that the house is fully equipped with any amenities that you could need to make sure any guest has a pleasant stay.

Julia was such a great host! The home was nice and cozy. Nice neighborhood .We loved relaxing on the big comfy couch. We only used one room, but that bed was great. Nice to have a fenced in back yard for our dog. Definitely recommend!

Anita is a fantastic host! She was very informative, responded quickly and made sure we felt at home. Her place is great….wonderful view and decorated so that you feel at home. We would go back in a heartbeat X

Amazing place to unwind after a busy semester of teaching. Jamie’s cottage is well built, comfortable, and above all quiet. We spent restorative hours listening to the birds on the front porch with our morning coffee and lying by the neighborhood pool next door. Jamie is an excellent host in that she gives her guests space and is quick to respond if an issue arises. I would stay here again, no question

My apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean, very quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe. It was less than 5 minutes from shopping mail and restaurants. Would HIGHLY recommend and will absolutely book again! Host was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful spot with a great view and close to everything! The pool was such an awesome addition to the lake being across the street. The house is just like the photos as well! Plenty of space had everything we needed and more! Would love to book again!

Excellent stay for a fisherman! We were not looking for luxury, just a clean place to stay before fishing. This fit the bill perfectly! The pull through(also covered) boat parking make it so easy to enter and exit. The nearest public boat ramp is maybe a mile away! We will definitely stay again when we come to Gville!!

The cabin is in a great location with privacy and easy access from the highway. It’s in a great location for fishing and is close to several boat ramps and a bait shop. I Would definitely recommend this place.

Everything was SUPER!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We will definitely be staying there next year!

Can’t wait to come back! Very clean house and comfortable beds. Great parking for a boat and super easy to get to get the boat ramp. I liked the front porch gate so the dog could be outside but not wander off. Convenient to stores for last min items! Thanks William!

This is the second year in a row that Sandra has hosted us for a local event. It’s located right on the lake and just far enough into the country to feel like you’re on vacation! She was just as helpful this time around and we were so glad she had us back. She accommodated a few extra people we had with us and it worked great! We will most definitely reach out again next year in hopes that her home is available for us!

Place was perfect for what we needed. Had 5 fishing a tournament. Came up the week prior to practice and this was a great location, very well kept, plenty of boat parking, and the host was awesome. She even met us to make sure we got in well

This was the best place to stay for my birthday! The lake was beautiful and very quiet. Everyone who stayed with us was obsessed with the house. It had everything we needed that we didn’t even need to leave! The host was very responsive and helpful. This has been one of my favorite stays and will definitely be back.
