The property exceeded our expectations. It was very is spacious and perfect for hosting a big group. The pool was a favorite for both kids and adults, and the views made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with family or friends in a beautiful setting!

I was only going to be in town for a quick trip, and Jaims place was actually cheaper than a decent hotel where I was staying. It was so unique and different which I loved. It genuinely felt like I was staying a grandmas lake house. My friends and I had the best time and really enjoyed how peaceful it was. The communication was great. We messaged Jaims when a dog showed up out of nowhere and she was super responsive and helpful. 10/10 no notes! Will definitely come back again.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Our family enjoyed it so much. The kids loved the zipline and enjoyed the pool. Our family caught some fish too!!!! After the storm we are glad the house had the emergency generator. This just made it easier to see that the house is fully equipped with any amenities that you could need to make sure any guest has a pleasant stay.

Julia was such a great host! The home was nice and cozy. Nice neighborhood .We loved relaxing on the big comfy couch. We only used one room, but that bed was great. Nice to have a fenced in back yard for our dog. Definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for an extended family vacation - plenty of space and amenities. We made great use of the pool and outdoor kitchen. The kids had plenty of space to run and get out their wiggles while everyone had space to relax and unwind. Cary’s communication and attention to detail were above and beyond. We will be back - our youngest has already requested the house and another baseball game for her birthday!

Amazing place to unwind after a busy semester of teaching. Jamie’s cottage is well built, comfortable, and above all quiet. We spent restorative hours listening to the birds on the front porch with our morning coffee and lying by the neighborhood pool next door. Jamie is an excellent host in that she gives her guests space and is quick to respond if an issue arises. I would stay here again, no question

We had no problem finding the house. It is in a nice location. It was easy to get inside the house. It is a cute home. We had a little issue during our stay. But the Host was very responsive and helped us with the issue right away. The host was very helpful to us during our stay. The home was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the house! It was very clean, layout was great! Beautifully decorated! Stocked for a family getaway with awesome games to play. And a grill if you choose to grill out! Great place to bring your family and kiddos.

We enjoyed our stay at this house in the woods! It comfortably fit all 10 of us. The dining room was too small for us to all eat at but we were able to eat outside. One thing that is a bit odd is the one bedroom downstairs is through the bathroom and one of my kids locked me in the room one night. It has a door to the outside so I was able to go around and go unlock the door. There was quite a bit of poison ivy on the property so just be careful walking outside. The neighborhood is growing so there was some construction going on across the road but they didn't start too early and it wasn't too noisy. Overall the stay was good, the house was clean, and we had a good experience. We would definitely come back again!

Very clean and convenient to all the ballparks where the team played.

We stayed in this beautiful home recently to attend a wedding. Since we were coming all the way from Michigan we wanted to make it a mini vacation and this home fit the bill. The home is well appointed with plenty of room for our group of 8. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable and the open concept living room and kitchen area was great for entertaining. The sunroom was a hit with our kids! We also loved the master bedroom suite and everyone thought the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a lake day after the wedding and that was just what we needed. We brought a paddle board and the with the kayak, really enjoyed exploring the lake. We would definitely recommend this home. We wish we had more time to explore the area and hope to return!!

This property is wonderful! As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean everything was, and it smelled great. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is also quiet. Millie was fabulous and very responsive. She replied to any question I had within minutes. This is a host that knows how to make their guests feel welcome. Leaving snacks and cookies for us on the counter was a bonus! Plus all the coffee options were great. I can't say enough good things about this host and her property. I will most definitely stay at this home when I am in this area again. We loved everything. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Adorable lake house in great location. Home was very clean and nicely stocked with anything we needed for our stay. Spacious for our family of 7and quiet neighborhood. We loved walking down to the lake in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee. Beds are firm and very comfy. There are extra blankets too. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath towels, and wash clothes. The large bathtub was so nice to relax in and the body jets in the shower were amazing! The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes, pots, pans, dish washing liquid, trash bags, and all kinds of seasonings. The living room furniture was comfortable and included family games. You literally just need to bring yourself and your clothes as this place has everything you need. Also, Publix is only 12 mins away for groceries. We loved our stay and would most definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a fishing.

By far the best airbnb I’ve stayed in, super clean and well maintained. The jacuzzi was lovely after a long day of hiking (shower before entering the jacuzzi). Tracy has a book on instructions, rules, and recommendations. It also has a section where previous guest wrote about their experience, giving us an insight on where to go and what to do. There’s a drive in movie spot 30 mins away and only an hour away from Chattanooga. Little River Canyon is mesmerizing. Would definitely recommend and consider coming again 10/10.

Can’t wait to come back! Very clean house and comfortable beds. Great parking for a boat and super easy to get to get the boat ramp. I liked the front porch gate so the dog could be outside but not wander off. Convenient to stores for last min items! Thanks William!

Place was perfect for what we needed. Had 5 fishing a tournament. Came up the week prior to practice and this was a great location, very well kept, plenty of boat parking, and the host was awesome. She even met us to make sure we got in well

Really enjoyed my stay here. All the amenities I needed and very clean. Seemed like newly-remodeled place and felt new with quality workmanship. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here.

We spent our anniversary at Smooth as Glass and left wondering if Julia is secretly an Airbnb fairy godmother. The home was peaceful, beautifully decorated, and that huge bathtub? Let’s just say it turned our bubble bath into a full-on spa date. Julia’s attention to detail made everything feel extra special, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast—still dreaming about it. We laughed, relaxed, soaked, and ate like royalty. It was the kind of getaway that makes you fall in love all over again. Already planning round two!
