Great place to stay in Birch Bay. Great location right across the street from the beach. Jesse’s information was like he was there leading you through step by step. Immaculately clean, spacious and fully equipped condo. Facility has plenty of outdoor parking, 2 pool/ jacuzzi areas and a gym. Sunsets are breath taking from the balcony. There’s a coffee machine in the room which Is a must for me, but I also liked Rooted By The Bay for breakfast and coffee which is located on the facility.

- wonderful downtown location close to amenities; however, it is right across from a strip club and parking lot with unhoused people. Despite this we felt VERY safe, everything was very secure, and this would not deter me from booking. Amazing location with walking distance to gastown, yaletown, basically anywhere in downtown Van - beautiful interior, beds were comfortable, entire suite was very clean, good price for the amount of space we got - hotel staff were accommodating with flexible check in and check out time, even let us park our car in the parkade for a few after we checked out! We really appreciated the flexibility

Everything was exactly as pictured. Had a good stay and the staff was very friendly. Short push to sit in a meeting for timeshares but they were fine with me saying no thanks. Overall good stay.

We had a lovely stay. the unit was clean, as described and very comfortable. I would love to stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment building in Victoria. Everything was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. We loved the view from our balcony of the bay and Fisherman’s Warf, the walkable location to downtown Victoria, and the option for a Water Taxi right next to the building. Parking the car in the garage at no additional cost was a beneficial convenience as well. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this airbnb to others.

This place was amazing. More than met my expectations and Fred is great...he went above and beyond to ensure my booking. I highly recommend and am in fact rebooking right now!

Great stay, would definitely stay again. Only complaint would be, no free WiFi.

The only problem was the elevator 1 was out of service for the whole stay and it was difficult to move up and down

Great unit. The main room is nice and open, (but beware, its bright if someone is using sleeper sofa). Location is central, which is great; the offset is road noise on floor 5 that typically ends about midnight on weekends. Pictures were accurate and the hosts couldn't be more responsive!

We travel to the Island a lot and are always on the hunt for a great home base that's comfy, fully stocked and has enough space for the kiddos. This place was perfect! Not only did they privide you with coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, but you also had full access to a washer/dryer which was amazing. It had a full kitchen with everything you need to cook and the beds were so comfortable. Thank you again Denise! We will be back

Had a great stay at the Smithe House family apartment. The place is brand new, super modern, very clean and centrally located (close to Yaletown, Robson, Pacific Centre). The hosts are really amazing - extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely a big positive. Apartment felt a bit pricey, but it was in line with other places we checked out for the week we were there. So overall very very happy with this place and will definitely come back!

I had a great stay. The hosts were really responsible and communicating was pretty easy. The apartment was very clean and felt like home.

Jen always is responsive and helpful. Jen provides more quilts and a bottle of new hand wahs when I asked. Highly Recommended to visit Jen's house!

Denise and Stefan are lovely people who have put a lot of hard work into restoring a amazing piece of Ladysmiths history. And when you stay here you can really feel there was some thought out into every detail. Beautifully finished and well equipped, quiet and cozy with radiant heat and heat pumps along with gas fireplace. I can’t say enough about it I love the history of our west coast and I really appreciate the effort that was put into enlightening guests on the story of how this particular place came to be. West coast inhabitants have got to be the most notoriously hard working resilient people who live in a seriously rugged environment and although technology sometimes lures us to believe we are safe from our environment- this space reminded me of the not so distant past where things were simpler but also super dangerous for the loggers and miners of the coast this hotel was a place to restore yourself and get back to the grind. Wonderful accommodations that felt like home!

Beautiful peaceful location in Richmond. It was so nice to walk the pier during sunset. The interior is gorgeous and we felt right at home. I highly recommend to book here. The checkin, parkade, whole process was so easy with the access code.
