Really enjoyed our stay at Nick’s. Clean, comfortable beds, and the kids loved the pool and ping pong table. Great restaurant recommendations too! Loved Shaner’s and Owen’s Fish Camp. Won’t hesitate to stay again if we’re ever back in the Sarasota area.

This is a beautiful home. Nice neighborhood. Spacious house. Pool was amazing. Rosa was very nice and helpful. She responds quickly if there is an issue. We will come back to this house.

The house was exactly as described and was private and clean ! We loved the pool and how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is . Very much enjoyed our stay as first time guests .

We stay at quite a few rentals and this house was one of our favorites, ever! It was clean, had everything you could ever need (beach towels, beach gear, all the kitchen needs), and had plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved swimming in the pool after playing at the beach all day. The living room was spacious and had plenty of comfy seating for our family. One thing to note is the TVs in the bedrooms aren't hooked up to anything, so my kids couldn't go in a different room to watch tv. It wasn't a big deal for our family, but some people might expect to watch tvs in the bedrooms. But we just loved, loved, loved this house. We'll hopefully rent it again one day!

This place is perfect. Everything you want in an air bnb and it’s exactly like it looks. My family and I were beyond happy with it. The pool is gorgeous. The location is amazing it’s legit 8 to 10 minutes away from pretty much anything you need or want to do. The house is quiet and the beds are super comfy. I would rent this place every year for a trip. Also the host is awesome! They were there for anything we needed or had questions about and are super nice and friendly people. Thanks again for everything!

Booked Anna’s place because of all the positive comments and reviews. Everyone was right on the money. The house is very cozy, comfortable, clean, Anna has thought about every detail. We felt right at home. It is a close drive to Siesta Beach and there are lots of restaurants and ice cream places nearby. One that opened only 2 weeks ago called Degli Angeli has home made ice cream that is one of the best we ever had. Anna is a great host and shows that she really cares about her guests being well cared for at her house and quick to respond to every question. We would not hesitate to rent her house again when returning to Sarasota.

Glen was a great host. Super responsive any time I sent a message. We were able to check-in early. The place is close to beaches and easy to get anywhere you need to go.

We loved staying here, everything we needed was available!! The space was clean and spacious. Beautiful backyard and in a nice neighborhood!

We had the best time at the Atomic Oasis! It was great to have a quick drive to the most beautiful beaches and to come home to a very nice pool. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and for the kids to have fun at the pool. The place has a lot of very thoughtful little touches that made our experience even more comfortable, such as sleep masks, hampers, games for toddlers and kids, stroller, wagon, etc. The garden views and the backyard furniture made it so relaxing. The beds were comfortable. And we very much appreciated the strong shower. This is our annual trip to Florida, and we are grateful for finding this wonderful oasis. Thank you for being great hosts!

Where do I start?! We’ve visited siesta key several times a year & Kellys house has been THE BEST Airbnb we’ve ever chosen! The house is gorgeous, immaculately clean, in a safe neighborhood, plenty of space, a gorgeous porch area & pool! We can’t wait to rent this property again! 5 stars from start to finish!! She was so easy to work and responds so quickly! A perfect stay!!

We had such a wonderful stay! Kathleen was incredibly responsive and communicative from start to finish, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed—and then some! From kitchen essentials to beach gear, games, and even supplies for the kids like markers and paper, every little detail was thought of. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very enjoyable—perfect for relaxing. The home was both pet-friendly and kid-friendly, which was such a relief for our family of five (plus a dog and a cat!). Everything was clean, tidy, and there was plenty of comfortable sleeping space for all of us. The location was also fantastic—close to everything we wanted to do without ever feeling too busy or loud. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a thoughtful, well-equipped, and peaceful place to stay!

We stayed for Memorial day Weekend 2025 and we loved it. The place was clean, very well kept, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great location near the beach and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive far. Lamai, the host, was very friendly and communicative—you can tell she truly wants you to enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

This is a well laid out house that allows for privacy with lots of people. Easy, clean and well furnished!

We were down in the area for a sporting event and found Tracey’s place. It was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the layout of the house and the finishes were top notch. The house is a short walk from a nice little area with restaurants and a grocery store. Beyond that there was more than enough in the area for dining, etc. Siesta Beach was a short 15 min drive and the screened pool was perfect after long hot days. We really enjoyed our time at this little jewel in Sarasota and if we are back in the area, it’s at the top of our list. I have had some pretty hit-or-miss Airbnb experiences over the years (domestic and international) but Tracey’s delivered on all fronts and is our family’s “top Airbnb pick.” (so far)!

Edina was extremely responsive (within minutes) when we had questions, also very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. The house is pristine, beautiful and spacious. The backyard with the pool very private and inviting! Definitely would come back the next time in Sarasota!

Adam and Sarah were very responsive to my inquiries/requests. The property was clean, well equipped, and decorared nicely. The place was very comfortable. The location was centrally located to shopping, restaurants and Siesta Key Beach. The pool area was very nice and private with plenty of amenities like a grill, firepit, heater, etc. Our kids and granddaughter visited us while we were there and we were pleasantly surprised that the property included a high chair, playpen and door alarms that could be activated if necessary. I would recommend staying at Adam and Sarahs property.

We had an amazing time at Agnes's home ! The house was spotless when we arrived—super clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with pride. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the layout made it feel spacious and welcoming. But what really made it stand out was the yard—absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room to relax, play, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Our dog loved it and so did we. It’s not always easy to find a place that makes both humans and pups equally happy, but this one totally nailed it. If you're looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway with great outdoor space and a sparkling-clean interior, this is the one. We’d definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was about a 10-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach, which made it super convenient to enjoy the sun and sand without being right in the middle of all the crowds. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the host was friendly and responsive. Overall, it was a really nice spot for a beach getaway, I’d happily stay here again!
