Holiday rentals with a patio in Gulf Breeze

I loved Jays place! It was so convenient and so close to all the restaurants and it’s right on the beach. We also loved using the gym and hot tub. They even went out of their way to help us get a package delivered to our airbnb that we forgot at home. 10/10 must stay

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

This was a wonderful place to spend our spring break! Everything was clean, the decor beautiful, and the beds so comfy. I loved how quiet the neighbors were, and the location was perfect for heading to the beach or into Pensacola to visit colleges with our teen. No problems, great communication. Would 100% stay here again!

Our stay at Kathy Bell’s condo in Sans Souci Room 308 was absolutely amazing—truly better than we expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a highlight of our trip. Kathy was a great host and made everything seamless from start to finish. It was genuinely hard to pack up and leave when our vacation ended. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Olivia home. We loved the decor and felt so at home during our stay. The linens were so fresh and everything smelled wonderful! We enjoyed the ammenities such as the fire pit and loved having access to a washer and dryer. The only complaint we had was regarding the amount of homeless people walking by throughout our stay. They didn’t bother us, but we were weary at times due to the amount of time they spent hanging around outside by our car. Otherwise everything was wonderful and we absolutely loved our stay!

Overall great stay. Super convenient and close to all of our desired destinations. Clean home and very spacious. Loved the fact a washer and dryer was included in the home since we spent everyday at the beach. Definitely recommend to anyone considering.

Danny’s place was absolutely wonderful! It was like a home away from home for my husband and I the week we were on vacation. So cute and cozy! We would definitely love to stay again our next trip around this area!

We arrived late at night and she had someone keep the porch and kitchen lights on for when we arrived. In between two great beaches and had a nice local food truck area as well. Her place was exactly like the photos and in a quiet area. Worth every penny and would definitely stay again in the future !

Family of 4 plus one small pup all enjoyed a wonderful staycation with a beautiful pool, yard, house, and location. Beautiful space with lots of lights. Very clean, easy to location, host communicated very quick, and would be willing to stay again in the future. Igor was a very responsive host and answered all of our questions that came up throughout our stay. The house was very clean and put together. We felt right at home and the neighborhood was very friendly. I would recommend this home if you are visiting the Destin / Pensacola area.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Florida house! It’s conveniently located near some of the most stunning, uncrowded beaches. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured we had all the information we needed. Our kids especially loved the neighborhood pool. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Walking in, it felt like a home, not a business venture capitalist like accomodations. kitchens and bathrooms were very contemporary and in style. Loved the layout by the pool, spacing is a little tight, but conversations stayed cozy that way. We are locals and when family comes in, this is the place we'll use, no need to search another when we've already found perfection!

This was an amazing stay with an amazing host. Diana made sure we had everything we needed and her location made us feel right at home. My three year old kept saying, “this is my new home mommy!” The pool was clean and didn’t reek of chlorine. It seemed balanced perfect with chemicals. My mother and I went with my two children 3 and under. We felt beyond safe in the neighborhood. Everyone was friendly. It was wonderful for my mother and I to have our own bathrooms as well. The night before we left, I did all of our laundry so I am going home from vacation with clean clothes. When I return to Golf Shores I will only stay with Diana. 💜

Our family enjoyed the stay and accommodations. Everything was there that was needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Proximity to public beach parking was easy or if you wanted to walk that was easy too. Room was quiet with little to no outside noise to disturb you through the night.

Condo was very nice and clean! The view was amazing and loved watching the dolphins in the morning.

Sharon’s condo was very clean and just as described on the site. She provided plenty of beach and bathroom linens plus laundry soap, washer and dryer. Had plenty of closet and drawer space to store clothes for the week. Provided some snacks, coffee and tea which were very welcoming on our arrival. I would definitely recommend her condo and would go there again.

Had a great time for our honeymoon. Great place for a couple to stay. It was super clean and within walking distance to the beach. Patrick and Mindy were so helpful and understanding with our situation we can’t thank them enough! You should absolutely stay here!

We had a wonderful short visit to Perdido Key and the Purple Parrot. I love that pool! Our unit was spotlessly clean and fresh and very comfortable. We slept so good. We loved how close it was to one of our favorite restaurants, The Fisherman’s Corner. But, being so close to Johnson’s Beach is the cherry on top! Thank y’all so much and we will be back soon.

This condo is beautiful!! So spacious & accommodated us perfectly for our family trip! This was my first time renting from Airbnb and the host made everything peaceful and seamless Pete is the best host ever! Very hospitable, and knowledgeable of the area, he made me feel super comfortable and welcome to the city. Thank you so much for everything!

Our second time staying, and will be back next year! The sound side is so great with kids in tow, and the gulf access is so easy. Trolley stop is close and convenient as well.
