Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room to play and ball games. The house is located about 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzaria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.
 The house is heated by heat pump, wood stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The TV in the house is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromcast in the TV.

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Use free bikes 🚲🚲 for example. 4 Km. to Ulslev beach 6 Km. to Sildestrup Strand 8 Km. to Marielyst square/beach 8 Km. to Nykøbing F. Clean bed linen and towels can be arranged upon arrival (85kr per guest ) If the property is not left in the same condition as upon arrival, a minimum cleaning fee of DKK 600 will be charged. Electricity 3.75 DKK per kWh.
