Idyllic, charming farmhouse/holiday home with direct access to private sandy beach and the Baltic sea from the backyard, with its own staircase to the beach. Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and play tower. Located in a rural setting in a protected area. Accommodation approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 pers. 4 bedrooms with room for max 6 adults and 2 children. Smaller but functional bathroom with a shower. Large brewer's. Absolutely no parties, no animals and no smoking indoors.

The small charming townhouse is centrally located in Nysted city, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooking Ålholm Castle. The house is in walking distance to cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is up for walking or biking. At the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small boat harbor, ice cream houses and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Cottage close to beach

Lovely cottage close to good beach with jetty. No cars around cottages (unloading though allowed). Free parking space 50 meters away. 2 charging points 100 meters from the parking lot. Direct charge 8-22 and overnight load! Surf, paddle, bike, and walk/run in lovely nature. Bring bikes. Nysted city/harbor with sea bath in walking distance with good commercial opportunities as well as restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen . 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family in this serene space.

Holiday home with full sea view

Relax in this unique and tranquil home a few meters from Denmark's best sandy beach with full sea views from the amazing terrace. Therefore, the house was also included in the TV2 program “Water Edge for Sale”. The summerhouse sleeps seven, large living room with sea view, newer kitchen and bathroom, annex, two large terraces, barbecue, kayak, etc. The location doesn't get any better and the view and vibe are completely unique. Many excursion options and short distance to shopping and restaurants.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. New nordic : Cozy cottage close to the beach

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room to play and ball games. The house is located about 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzaria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated by heat pump, wood stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The TV in the house is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromcast in the TV.
