Maryvonne is an enthusiastic host, hospitable and there are many tips for the area available so we quickly found our way. In short, nice compact apartment, close to the center and all nature close by (gR 34 and the cliffs by the sea). We would love to come back.

The apartment more than met our expectations! It is very stylish and furnished with everything you need! Bed and bed linen simply fantastic, we slept like angels. The balcony is a great added value, especially in the morning - wonderful in the sunshine. The central location and the direct view of the harbor are unsurpassed. We have made very nice excursions on foot, with rented e-bikes or by bus. The surrounding area has a lot to offer. The information at check-in was limited to the important and necessary and very useful. We particularly appreciated the open communication about local gastronomy, including the valuable tips. We can only highly recommend Paimpol and surroundings and the great apartment of Laetitia. We enjoyed it very much during our 11-day stay and were sad to leave.

This apartment is extremely tasteful and high-quality. Great location right by the harbor with restaurants, bars and bakers - whatever you need. Since the bedroom is at the back, it is quiet. And Anne Marie is a very, very pleasant hostess.

We had a great stay with my 10-year-old daughter. The studio is very well furnished, clean, functional and tastefully decorated. The sea view is very beautiful. A small private garden (shared with the 2nd studio) allows you to enjoy the sun while admiring the view. The hosts are available and attentive and you can enjoy the terrace of their Café Librairie for a drink and a snack. The studio is easily accessible from Saint Brieuc train station by city bus. You can also reach Martin Plage on foot in 35-40 minutes by a route that offers beautiful views of the Bay. You still have to bring sports shoes, but the course is accessible even for a young child. Small shopping area less than 10 minutes' walk away offering all the necessary services. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Extraordinary apartment, with a sublime view of Pléneuf beach, we never tire of looking at the sea from the large glass windows. Luxury amenities. Only beds would deserve to be bigger and more comfortable: double beds are 160 and mattresses could be better. In addition: parking with GreenUp plug.

We had a great night in this studio in Perros-Guirec, very cute, well-equipped, clean and well-located. The bedding is comfortable. Ségolène was very responsive and gave us clear and precise instructions. Entering and exiting the accommodation is very easy. Restaurants are within walking distance and beautiful walks can be taken from the apartment.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything is in a very good and well-maintained condition. When you enter the apartment, the breathtaking view from the balcony to the sea is immediately impressive. The center of Perros-Guirec, with restaurants and shopping, is not very far from the property. The city beach can be reached via stairs. Céline is a very pleasant host who always responded quickly to inquiries and also asked herself if everything worked or if everything was in order. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation (but a star off for the weather). I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

An absolutely perfect rental, no complaints. The view was magnificent, the apartment extremely well furnished with everything possible. Very good bedding and a terrace that allowed us to eat outside. Nice view from the appart, easy walk to a very long white sand beach, boardwalk and restaurants. tha appartment is very clean and modern, lots of space for two of us and a large balcony to enjoy the weather.

Excellent hosting, ideal location, apartment with all the essentials. Viviane takes great care of her beautiful studio. And exceptional sea views! Ideas for discoveries, hikes, visits... given by Viviane or in all the documentation. For your information, on the practical side: no wifi, but most importantly, very little network 😉 Parking at the foot of the building. Access to shops and hiking trails on foot. Provide extra for linen (excellent quality), cleaning and heating. We'll be back as soon as we can!

A warm welcome in this unusual, very well restored and fully equipped accommodation. Treguier is also a charming little town halfway between the pink granite coast and the Goelo coast, allowing quick access to both! We had a great week. I highly recommend a stay at Cécile's. 😊

our weekend in Renaud's accommodation was perfect. What a joy to wake up in the morning with this panoramic view of the sea.

Michel is a responsive and pleasant host. His place is as described, it would almost fail to specify the very nice setting in which it is with "the abbey" and the park of the rest house. That's lovely. Well placed for a stroll around the area. Small downside on cleanliness which is more due to a failure by the concierge. Michel's son was responsive to help us with the shortcomings. The pillows (cakes) would need to be reviewed on the other hand. In itself, a good weekend in the area.

The accommodation is faithful to the description with small touches that make the difference (small treats, jams, orange juice, etc.) Impeccable and very well-equipped accommodation as well as comfortable bedding +++ the spa bath a real little plus with a bathroom also very well equipped (hair dryer and straightener). pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment with breathtaking views of the lake. we would definitely recommend this place.
