What a beautiful place! One of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in hands down! Margarida was very attentive and responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the historical centre of Guimarães. You will feel right at home here and the amenities are excellent. There are many things to do in the locality, if you are a fan of French patisserie’s then you have one literally across the road! If you are a vegan lover then you have daTerra Guimarães which is within walking distance. A real old world charm city and this apartment really is comfortable and relaxing after a long day of traipsing around the cute cobbled streets exploring the castle, palace, churches and many shrines dotted around this beautiful city. If you are a cyclist like myself there is an amazing bike lane which is in an old railway line that goes from Guimarães to Fafe. Absolutely sublime! Also take a visit to the Penha!

Priscila's property is very well located - close enough to walk to almost anything but far enough to be very quiet and peaceful. It has been finished to a high standard - a lovely bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, lots of storage. There are multiple lighting options, which is good because it is a bit dark - long and narrow. with windows at either end. We enjoyed having our own entrance, right into the street -so, very private. The locks are very secure (not that we felt the need) and there is a good video doorbell system. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens, but I would say it was smaller than a North American "Queen". There is a good washing machine and space outside in an enclosed courtyard for drying. Priscila was extremely responsive in all our communiqués. She was gracious about allowing us to leave our luggage until later in the day. We stayed a whole month, so I think we really put this AirBnB property through its paces! No regrets. Thanks Priscila!

Great location, fresh and well-appointed apartment

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described clean, stylish and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed and in a quiet, safe area. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout and they were very accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again. This location is right in the heart of the historical centre. All the amenities one would need are a stone’s throw away from the supermarket (Froiz) to the many restaurants to choose from. The night life here on the weekend is when the city comes to life with people coming from all over to enjoy the atmosphere. The studio itself is perfectly suited to a couple and is fully kitted out with Smeg appliances for that extra awesomeness! It was a pleasure to enjoy the ambiance of this property which overlooks a small square and you can watch the world go by. I will be back for sure!

Rui was very responsive, friendly, and helpful! The apartment itself was conveniently located, super clean with a nice balcony with a breathtaking view. I highly recommend! ( and yes, we will make this our spot everytime we go to Guimaraes)

We had a wonderful stay at Virginia's flat. The kids enjoyed to play with the dogs. We enjoyed the pool and the fireplace inside which was very cosy. Virginia is very friendly and gave us lots of helpful advices about what we could do to explore the surrounding. All in all, we enjoyed our stay a lot and despite bad luck with the weather it was no issue to stay inside for longer periods because the flat is so nice. We can fully recommend Virgina's flat and hospitality.

Lovely apartment - perfect for a few days stay in Braga! The place was clean and tidy, and the host was very accommodating!

The area in which it is located is very convenient because it is in an easy access to everything that is needed in everyday life and the view from the balcony is very beautiful because it is in a high area where you have a view of the castle.

Everything was excellent! The apartment was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed to feel at home. Modern and comfortable. The outdoor space was also very good. The ideal place to spend a few days in peace and tranquility.

My family and I stayed for nearly two weeks in Portugal, at 5 different AirBnBs. This was definitely the best. The property and views are beautiful, and the flat was very clean and well provisioned. But more than that, Daniel and the other co-hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend their place, especially for families looking to unwind a bit and who are interested in seeing aspects of Portugal outside of the more touristy, typical locations.

We stayed at Braga House and Wine with a group of friends and loved it. The house is spacious and cozy, perfect for large groups. The pool and surroundings are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the quiet environment. Everything was very careful. We would definitely come back!

The apartment was fantastic, with a welcoming host and a convenient location—especially for those exploring Braga by car. However, we found it a bit uncomfortable that it was a private residence with all the host's belongings still there. Additionally, the requirement to pay 30 Euros for using the air conditioning or washing machine felt a bit high.
