Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years of age. The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

I was on vacation in this house from January 2 to 6, 2025. I'll start with: great location, close to the center of Valdobbiadene within walking distance, plus the house is located in a really quiet place; the house is beautiful and reflects exactly the photos you see in the listing, comfortable and cozy, warm and clean, with all the comforts you need; and then let's talk about Mrs. Giusy I have to say an excellent person, she makes you feel immediately at ease and advises you on places to visit or tells you where you can go to eat, in short if you need something you can ask her. We'll definitely be back, thanks again for a great vacation. Delfina and Claudio.

Anita is a very likeable and helpful host. The place is really well equipped, especially as far as the kitchen is concerned. All the amenities are high quality and thoughtful, the house has a Mediterranean flair and is surrounded by nature. Depending on the wind, you can hear the road in the valley, which is also the only flaw :) We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The stay at Marusca’s place was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and tidy. It was a great home away from home. The location was fantastic, with beautiful nature, famous Venetian villas, and lovely osterias only a short drive away, making it easy to explore the area. Marusca was very thoughtful and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. I truly appreciated all the little touches that made my trip special, from the spacious open kitchen to the overall feel of the space. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway.
