Holiday rentals with a pool in Guerneville

This place was absolute perfection. The house is adorable, well decorated, comfortable, fabulous kitchen and comfortable beds. Plus coffee was there for us and a generous amount of cooking basics. We had 2 kids with us who loved roaming around the yard and the private location meant they could be as loud as they wanted while playing in the pool. The lounge chairs on the deck were perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and nighttime tea before bed. There were a few cuddly blankets that were great for the chilly mornings. The neighboring cows were talkative and there were a few roosters nearby and some coyotes at night - it felt like we were really in the country but also so close to charming Healdsburg. We are already planning our return trip!

We had a wonderful experience having a small family reunion here. We had two older adults who use walkers and a baby, so I wanted to make sure that the house could accommodate all of us. Place was perfect for this with 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and only a couple steps to manage into the front door. Robin and other hosts were really helpful in answering all of my questions prior to the booking (and after). Loved the pool, hot tub and gazebo sitting area. Used the grill for family dinners. Will treasure our memories here!

This Airbnb was AMAZING!!! My friends and i absolutely loved staying here. The location was great for the wineries we went to which were sterling vineyard and Caymus. The only downfall was the pool rules and hours, also no microwave in the home. Either way i would definitely book this airbnb again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy House! The pool was large and fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Both the garden and front yard were lovely, and the pool area was especially private thanks to the high fence. Brook was incredibly friendly, always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, and promptly answered all our questions. She was very helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

Matthew’s home exceeded expectations and was incredibly cozy, private, spacious, clean, and spa-like. It was luxurious! It was very pet-friendly, I brought my Labrador with me and he loved lounging on the deck. The weather subsided (though I love the rain) all day Friday to allow for an entire day outdoors! The hot tub was clean and instructions were easy to follow. I loved that Matthew included local recommended spots to check out— I went to Russian River Brewing and Pacific Markets— both great spots with ample walking areas. The home decor is unique and has such character and charm without feeling like you’re stepping into “Magnolia Farms”— so far from it! There are beautiful works of art, antiques, classic and contemporary books; it’s lovely. Matthew is a responsive and kind, generous host. Conveniently located, lovely decorated home. Quiet neighborhood with access to downtown Santa Rosa, wine country, Russian River, Healdsburg, and more. Comfortable accommodations with everything you need. We spent afternoons floating in the pool after wine tasting. The property owner communicated well and responded quickly when messaged.

Incredible house and location - was an amazing stay!

Loved having a kitchen and BBQ so we could cook some meals. Convenient location to get to markets, bakeries, and get to scenic locations. Visits to local restaurants, breweries and wineries made it an enjoyable place to stay.

Perfect location in the quaint town of Windsor! Short drive to the Windsor Green, Healdsburg Square, and wineries. The space is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great place, great location, perfect amenities. Used the pool, workout room and quick drives to Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. Perfect for a family of 6!

The unit was beautiful and had lots of amenities! We booked two units for a group of 8 girls. Lots of fun activities, comfortable rooms, fun recommendations, and plenty of beds. The only unfortunate part was no free WiFi as a guest, but this was fine for one night.

Nice space, great for groups! Call ahead to make sure they adjust the two twins into the queen. And the time share folks will push hard, stand firm!

I loved staying here! There was so many things available to do in the area! Be warned though the welcome desk will try to talk you into going to a timeshare meeting. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Our stay was really nice overall! I highly recommend this listing for anyone with kids. There were multiple pools with with kiddie pools (1 foot deep) and several hot tubs located throughout the resort property. There’s also a restaurant within walking distance. The only issue I had was the layout of the units we stayed in which is that the window to the bedroom with the two twins (where I had planned to have my children sleep) has a big window that faces out into the walkway. Our unit was street facing so anyone could come into the resort. The window locked and honestly the resort felt like it was in a fairly safe area so not a deal breaker, I just think it’s worth noting. Other than that, the unit was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! This is a timeshare so they did ask if I wanted to sit in on a presentation but I didn’t feel pressured at all. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as part of a large family reunion, with family members in various units in this complex. This worked out really well, and management was kind enough to allow us to have a BBQ on the patio near the main entrance building. Very enjoyable stay overall
