The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. This is a great apartment with a spectacular view. If you are a bird watcher or nature lover, you will flip! There are sea birds, sea lions, herons and egrets right outside your window. It is also very easy short walk to the Tides Wharf with restaurant, snack bar, gift shop and fish market. Megan was always available and responsive to our many questions.

Nice place, clean, great view. Really enjoyed the stay. Someone mentioned the short duration of hot water in the shower- it actually lasted for awhile so perhaps they solved that problem. It would be great if they fixed / updated the door locks and keypad. They are very old. The back door handle fell off and also the lockbox for key. It’s difficult to lock the doors. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

My wife and I enjoyed an absolutely delightful 4-night visit. Perfect place for a quiet, peaceful home base from which to enjoy all that the Russian River area has to offer. Kathy and Mike are very thoughtful and generous hosts. Their care and attention to detail to ensure their guests have everything they need to have as comfortable and enjoyable a stay as possible was evident throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

The host has a booklet of food and drink recommendations that we used a lot and every recommendation was excellent. It was the perfect base camp for our beautiful coastal stay.

This property is amazing in every way. There’s a view from the ocean from almost every room, beautiful tile work and gorgeous, well appointed bathrooms. A sauna and extra hot hot tub. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house itself is beautiful with private spaces, but also a large living room where everyone can gather around a beautiful tiled potbelly fireplace. It’s a short walk to the beach through a charming neighborhood. The host Rebekah was very communicative and generous, allowed us flexible, check-in and check out. I will 100% be staying here again.

My family really enjoyed the uniqueness of the home. Driving into the neighborhood during the summer night was a great experience. Host communicated well and the place itself had everything my family needed. The neighborhood is basically built into the hillside but there was adequate parking for 4 cars.

BayMod was my favorite place I have ever stayed (which is saying something as I travel a lot!). The location, amenities, cleanliness, organization of everything was spectacular! I did not want to leave! We loved sitting on the patio looking at the bay. We also really enjoyed the hottub! Truly a magical place to stay! Debra is also exceptionally nice! Can't recommend highly enough!

Patricia's beautiful beach house exceeded our expectations and more! The panoramic ocean views and wrap around deck made us feel like we were floating on the ocean. The home was really well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub and playing some games that were available for us to use. We could easily walk to Dillon Beach from the house to enjoy the sunshine. The home was very clean and cozy and Patricia was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend for a family beach vacation.
