Tstiana was very redponsive. the unit a very large with natural light. the balacony was a good size and overlooked the park. i fid not cook or wash closthing but it did have a washing machine, dish washer, microwave and hat water yeater for coffee. the AC in the living room and bedroom worked great. tv recept was not good and you should bring a firestick or log into you tube or netflix on existing because tv channels are in spanish. overall a comfortable place to dtay and i would stay again. it is central located and walk to many things. i did not go out st night but felt safe during the day.

I’ve been doing Airbnb for more than a decade now, and I can confidently say that Selene is the best host I’ve ever had. Proactive, responsive anytime of the day and friendly. The place was well maintained and kept, felt like a home away from home. Definitely, staying here again when I comeback to Guayaquil!

Juan's place is great, it's perfect. The location is great, with restaurants and convenience stores downstairs🍴, I can buy breakfast and daily necessities downstairs. Safe neighborhood and very friendly and responsible security guards downstairs. Juan's house is clean and tidy, there is a girl named Diana who comes to clean twice a week, it's really great, it saves me a lot of time. The terrace is huge, the sunset at night🌄 is beautiful, there is a public free swimming pool🏊‍♂️ and gym downstairs🏋️, I love this house so much, it's a pleasure to stay here! Juan is a very warm and sincere host who responds to messages very quickly and proactively solves problems. I have been renewing Juan's house for a few months in Guayaquil. I'll rent this house again when I come to Guayaquil in the future.❤️
