Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Guayaquil

Absolutely recommendable! The house is inside a private urbanization and the security measures when entering the compound are demanding. Which gives you tranquility and feeling that you are in a very protected environment, which is appreciated in Guayaquil. The house has all the amenities it offers and can be a fantastic option for people who go with family. Boys have back patio to play, they can go out and explore, there is a pool and a PS! What more could you ask for! Jaime, on the other hand, was always attentive to our needs, responds in a timely manner and is very patient. I would definitely stay here again with today security!

Our family experience was very positive. Noemí was super friendly and attentive, she offered us extra services that were very helpful. The place is very nice, faithful to the photographs and safe. We would definitely return, especially because of the attention Noemí gave us.

Edu is an excellent host! It helped me a lot and always pending.. I went for work but the place has several restaurants nearby, you can tell that it has a lot to do in the area and the apto was very good with everything you need for a good stay . I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable and well located with a spectacular view of the hill. Definitely a quiet place, for my part I can say that no noise was heard from the 9th floor, which is where the apartment is. Equipped enough even for long stays. Being able to use the amenities is something to highlight in the building despite being a short-stay guest. I really liked the view!!!

The place is as it appears in the photographs, we had a comfortable stay and close to 9 de Octubre. We managed to get private parking at night at the Vuelta del Departamento.

Maritza's suite is located at one of the best areas in Guayaquil, with lots of restaurants,bars,museums and plenty of activities within walking distance. Maritza is AMAZING ,very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend her place.

Xavier’s place is a very good spot to stay! It’s located in a safe and convenient area, with a mall literally right across the street. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the pool and the surrounding neighborhood. Xavier was also very attentive and quick to respond whenever I had questions. The only thing I’d improve would be the toiletries in the bathroom, but overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

A very nice and comfortable place to spend a pleasant weekend, everything can be found in a matter of walking a couple of streets, everything mentioned in the AirBnb ad is offered, recommended. Excellent host service.
