Great place for what you need for the price. Met all my expectations. A bit confusing getting in and out of the complex and complex security protocols but the pro is that it insures security. Would recommend and stay again.

Joah’s place was in a great location! We were able to walk to cafés in the morning for coffee as well as different restaurants in the evening! The area felt safe and it was nice to have a 24 hour front desk doorman. All of the amenities in the building were modern. If you were coming here to work remote it is an ideal location with different areas to set up your laptop. Working out in a gym with nice views is always a great time!

The Host was very responsive to all our requests and accommodations; my family and I had a great time and of course next time I will book though them again, thank you for all your support and assistance.

Amazing stay in the hotel quarter. All the amentities you could need, plenty of space and a cleaner who comes weekly. Highly recommend!

Increíble! Desde que llegamos fue muy fácil encontrar el lugar y las indicaciones para llegar son muy precisas, el lugar tiene el espacio suficiente para que dos personas puedan estar cómodos, bonita vista y excelente ubicación. Definitivamente si vuelvo a Guatemala me hospedaré aquí.

The apartment was very clean, pretty, has a good view, it's well located, you can literally walk from the building to ciudad de Cayalá, it's about 10min walk, a lot of security, you can cross the street without a problem, you don't need a taxi or anything like an Uber to get to ciudad de Cayalá, there is no need. We had a situation with the internet but Anne got it resolved very quickly for us, also there was no mop and she kindly stopped by to leave us a new one, every time we had a question she always replied to us very quickly, she was very attentive and kind with us, she is a great host, awesome person, we loved how she treated us, and we will definitly book with her again. We recommend her 110%. Good price, great host, we loved it! ❤️ , we want to go back soon.

I loved this place. It is beautiful and so peaceful. The home is as pictured. There are not any restaurants in walking distance but their are stores. This home is a 30 minute drive from Panajaschal main street. I did not use Uber but it does show that you can get Uber from here, according to the app. I used a private driver throughout my stay and it worked out perfectly.

Se notaba el cuidado en cada detalle, lo cual hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa (¡o quizá mejor!). Pasamos una semana brutal en esta casa. El diseño es espectacular, todo en la propiedad está muy bien pensado y con un gusto genial. Cada detalle hacen de la estadía algo sabroso y placentero, quedamos fascinados con mi esposo. El espacio es súper funcional, lindo y privado. La casa es tan práctica, la vegetación hermosa y toda la decoración hermosa. La cama también garantiza un buen descanso. Es fácil llegar desde la ciudad y Julio nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía, sin importar la hora. Es importante tomar en cuenta que la casa no tiene wi-fi y la señal es poca, pero es la excusa perfecta para desconectarse de verdad. ¡Gracias Victoria! Por abrir las puertas de este lugar hermoso y en especial por acoplarte a nuestras necesidades. Seguro volvemos.

The house was beautiful. Right on the lake with Cristal clear water to just jump in when waking up. We loved it!

Blue Sky casa is absolutely beautiful. Stunning inside and out, with beautiful views of the lake and volcanoes. Stayed with my family of five and had plenty of room to enjoy our family time together. The house was super clean with nice furnishings. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall the house was perfect for us and I would highly recommend for families, couples, groups. The location is close to the lake, about 8 minutes walking distance. You can only reach the house by climbing up steep steps, about 30 of them so you should be prepared for that. It was worth it for us and not a problem but it definitely would be difficult for some. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Would love to stay again in the future.

We would be more than happy to return. The garden is beautiful and very private. The host was very prompt with a question we had about wood for the sauna. In the evening, the lighting in the main room was low. Making it slightly difficult to read a book. The sheets on the bed were fantastic. Nice thick, crisp sheets.

Augustus’s place is a dream location in Lake Atitlan. San Marcos La Laguna is a great place to get away of the hustle and bustle of other towns, while still remaining close to the lake and maintaining the ability to bop around easily. With a dock just 30 seconds away, you have easy transport to any other area on the lake. We also enjoyed the peace and privacy of the location. The space and property were beautiful and we could tell very well taken care of and well-loved. The views were immaculate. The decor and craftsmanship blew us away. What took our stay to the next level was Augustus’s kindness and hospitality leading up to and throughout our stay and finally, the wonderful meal his partner cooked for us on our last morning. My lifelong girlfriends and I will remember this trip forever. If you’re looking to make magical memories and take in nature’s beauty, this is the place!
