Holiday rentals with beach access in Guatemala

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

Very good experience. It was very clean and there were no communication issues. The only problem is the work next door, which started very early. It didn't bother us much, but we can expect better for this price. Basically, we had a good time, and we would recommend this RBNB, especially for the proximity to the beach.

It's even more beautiful than the pictures and I would come back a thousand times!! Pros: You can see the sunrise from the balcony and be surrounded by lots of nature throughout the stay. The landscapes are beautiful!! The restaurant food is rich. Direct access to the lake. Public motorboats always pass so you can easily mobilize. Cons: You can run into large spiders and scorpions so be mentally prepared. You have to go up several stairs to get to the room.

Great 2nd floor mini studio apartment with ocean views, a comfy bed, and lots of light. Property is right on the beach. Owners/hosts are very responsive and friendly and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

Spacious home with incredible views, we all felt at home and comfortable. While slightly out of the tourist core, it was only a short tuk tuk away or a nice stroll into the busy area. Highly recommend.

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning home on Lake Atitlán. The views of the lake and volcanoes are truly breathtaking — photos can’t capture just how magical it feels in person. The house itself is beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and perfect for spending a relaxing week. The kitchen is well-stocked, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. It is a bit of a hike up to the house, but Ventura (the house manager), his son Randy, and Captain Martín made our arrival and departure seamless. In my opinion, as long as you’re physically able to walk up to the house on your own — about a five-minute uphill hike after taking a tuctuc as far as the street will take you — you’ll be totally fine. They provided plenty of help with bags and anything else we needed both on the way in and out, so it wasn’t an issue for us at all. Restaurants and stores in town close early, so good to keep some food and snacks in the house. Once you arrive you won’t want to leave!

I love this place, in the heart of el Paredon.

Definitely a house we would return to with my family, the area is quite large, with a green area, the volleyball court has a ball, the pool is very large and has direct access to the sea, ample parking for several cars (we went 3), the air conditioning worked perfectly for each area, the kitchen had everything you need, during our stay there was no TV, but it was not necessary since there was a lot to enjoy in the place, a place we will return to next time.

The place is immaculate safe and well kept. The staff around the complex is friendly and professional. The apartment exceded our expectations and spotless. Personally, I highly recommend it. The pool, and the well kept settings make the place an incredible experience. Definitely, a place that I will visit again in future trips!. Great memories are created in great destination, and this location definitely is one of them.

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. Added bonus was she had a high chair and pack n play for our 7month old. Only thing I think could improve her place would be to have some place to relax on the balcony. But we loved her place. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed items to cook with.

Very happy with our selection. The villa is very nice and with a very nice view to the sea. My children really enjoyed the pool that is quite spacious and well designed for children. The balcony was my favorite place, where we ate with the sound of the sea in the background. Virginia was very attentive, we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed Juan’s place. It was clean and the resort was fantastic. We had a minor issue with the bathroom and Juan’s team came and took care of it. Thanks for the great stay.

Very good stay, comfortable and friendly. The house like the pictures cute everything, private and safe condominium. Rodrigo always attentive to us a pleasure to have been in the apartment.

The condo was wonderful! The private patio was used the most. It had amazing views of the lagoon pool and sunset.
