Located in a very nice and privileged area in Guatemala, with a pharmacy and shop a few steps away. From the entrance to the condominium, they welcome you very well. They answer almost immediately any questions regarding the apartment. Everything is super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

GOOD QUIET PLACE, GOOD PANORAMIC VIEW, NOT HAVING TO CLIMB THE EXCELLENT ELEVATOR, I RECOMMEND IT, MMMM THE ONLY THING IS THAT THERE IS NO TV.

This airbnb is a gem for its value. The location is very central, the pool has a spectacular view, it has many amenities, the apartment is very nice and it was impeccable. Margarita is an excellent host, very kind, responded quickly and was thoughtful with us, which adds a lot of value. I would definitely stay here again.

The host was very attentive to everything and they were very, very, very kind. The arrival is as advertised, you have to walk and climb stairs but it is worth it when you arrive. The view and the 3 floors are beautiful. Unfortunately, we were there right at the weekend of the celebration of Mother's Day and in the village they began the celebration in the early morning so we could not sleep comfortably, but we understand that it is out of the host's hands. Everything else is excellent! Especially the view.

Very clean place and very comfortable! It was perfect for our stay. Definitely will be back to this Airbnb again and highly suggest it to anyone looking for a very cozy place to be while at the beach! The pool on the roof was perfect for still being outside and cooling down. Very lovely hosts and were kind to our group!

Laura is an incredibly responsive and helpful host, and her place is super clean, and welcoming. We appreciated the help in getting our bags up the many stairs and alleyways to the apartment. We felt safe and comfortable in the house, relishing the mornings and evenings on the rooftop deck with stunning views. The two separately-keyed floors took a little getting used to (bed, bath, and kitchen on level 1, bed and living room on level 2, and half-bath on the roof deck). We heard the occasional sounds of chickens, dogs, and village life throughout the day. Fans already in the apartment helped cover the noise when we wanted to. Despite its quirks, we’d have loved to stay longer and totally recommend the place.

We loved being able to get to know the area and enjoy a beautiful accommodation. Suly was a great host, always attentive to our arrival and needs. We would have liked to have a longer stay.
