It is A Very nice and welcoming hotel, the staff in general is very friendly and the pool is quite spacious in which you can swim very well, especially because they have inflatables and towels for the guests to grasp quietly, i hope to be back soon!

This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent location away from most of the noise of the city. The common spaces were more beautiful than the photos and the pool/hot tub was fantastic. The unit itself was also better than the photos; clean and big. Tom was very accommodating and accessible to the guests. Lastly, there is an eco filter water container in the unit for drinking.

We stayed at this property for the second time for 3 months and we felt very comfortable. There is a lot on offer for the children in the residential complex. Samuel was always courteous and even brought us a few attentions from time to time.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view. Lovely sunrises, sunsets and views of the volcanoes. Felt right at home. The heated pool was a plus! Kyara was very friendly, and always responsive. Definitely recommend this place, you won’t regret it! Thank you for everything Kyara!

It's the best place to stay in Zone 1. I was able to rest and work very well. Everything is very clean, fully equipped, extremely comfortable (without a doubt the best bed in town!). For those who like Zone 1, its vibrant commercial rhythm, cafes and restaurants, walks to the Cathedral and the Palace, and at the same time want a comfortable, complete, and modern accommodation, this is the best option. Very friendly staff and super helpful at all times. 10 points!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed in this apartment for a month during my time in Guatemala and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space was clean, modern, and exactly as described. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for working remotely, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking at home. The bed was super comfortable, and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Carmen was an amazing host — friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. She has been one of the best host I’ve met during my time here! The location was perfect, close to everything I needed: supermarkets, cafes, and shopping centres. This apartment truly felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guatemala!

I had a great experience with the host who was very responsive, polite, and made feel right at home and above all safe with private parking and staff who were very kind to me. I definitely recommend this staying here due to being in a safe and central location in the city, and it also had an A/C unit which was very nice to have considering it is very hard to find a place with an A/C unit anywhere in Guatemala.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and corresponded to what was described in the ad. The location is convenient and quiet, ideal for resting after a day of work or sightseeing. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.
