Holiday rentals with breakfast in Guarda District

Un logement très agréable, parfaitement équipé, dans un environnement paisible et très beau. Le jardin est magnifique. L'espace piscine est superbe. La communication avec Pedro a été très facile. L'accueil par Fatima très chaleureux. Et la bonne surprise du matin avec un excellent petit-déjeuner que nous a apporté Fatima (pâtisseries portugaises, jus d'orange pressé, etc) Un logement que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Séjour de courte durée à l’occasion d’un mariage , écourté par les incendies mais nous y reviendrons pour découvrir ce village authentique et charmant.

We had an excellent two night stay in the beautiful house. There was plenty of room for our kids to run around and they greatly enjoyed the pool. The host is very responsive, have lots of local recommendations and even provided breakfast in the morning! If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay not far from surrounding towns then this is it.

Casa muito acolhedora e a Marisa nos recebeu com muita cortesia. O pequeno-almoço e todos os miminhos que nos foram oferecidos tornam a estadia mais que especial! Um lugar para voltar. Obrigada

Jolie maison rénovée en juillet 2023, nous sommes les 2ème locataires, rdc + étage, cuisine et salon/table salle à manger en bas, suite parentale en haut par un escalier, très grande chambre, très bonne literie, salle de bain avec douche italienne spacieuse Tout est neuf, super équipé, même la vaisselle ne manque pas, jusqu'au petit détail, pour vous dire... Calme, dans une cour, donnant sur la rue du village, peu fréquentée Laissez-vous tenter par la maison de grand-mère Luisa, elle est super accueillante Tout comme Lurdes et sa fille qui ont été aux petits soins dès notre arrivée, nous conseillant N'hésitez surtout pas à demander à Lurdes les produits qu'elle fait elle-même et vend, huile d'olive, miel, produits de son jardin... Nous recommandons vivement, et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisirs Lurdes est une perle, comme sa fille Surtout que rien ne change, prenez soin d'elles!!! Séjour août 2023

We only spent one night here, but can see that this would be a delightful spot for a lovely relaxing family holiday. The swimming pool looked very inviting and the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Gabriela is a thoroughly friendly and charming host. The apartment was immaculate and spacious. Being unfamiliar with the area, it was a bit tricky to locate at night in the dark, but well worth the challenge! Obrigado Gabriela!

Très joli logement dans magnifique environnement. Le petit déjeuner le matin est appréciable. La piscine est partagée avec les autres voyageurs mais on les a peu croisés. Hôte très sympathique, merci pour tout!

O local SevenFarm, foi espetacular. As pessoas que nos atenderam foram excelente, com um serviço e comida de topo. A localidade em redor é muito tranquilo, perfeito para uma escapatória. Não tenho nenhuma queixa sobre a estadia em si. No entanto, a GuestReady é muito má aplicação, com péssima comunicação, apenas respondiam Bots, e indicaram-nos informações erradas a nós e aos hospedeiros. Muito cuidado com esta empresa! Aconselho a contatarem diretamente a SevenFarm, são impecáveis.

Ruhe am Wasser (am Ende der Welt) Die Unterkunft war erst nach telefonischer Rückfrage zu finden, obwohl es nur wenige Gebäude im Ort hat. Dieser liegt SEHR abgeschieden, wer länger bleiben will, sollte gut einkaufen. Es hatte lediglich zwei Cafes und ein (geschlossenes) Restaurant dort. Der nächste Laden ist etwa eine 1/2 Stunde Autofahrt entfernt. Eine Anreise mit dem Zug wäre jedoch ebenfalls möglich. Es liegt jedoch traumhaft schön direkt am Fluss und der Verkehr an Schiffen, Zügen und Autos lässt sich fast zählen. Besonders hat mir die Umgebung mit den vielen Blumen, der Zugang zum Wasser und die vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im Freien gefallen, sowohl am Schatten, als auch an der Sonne. Wer eine Bootstour machen will, braucht nicht wegzufahren, der Gastgeber macht ebenfalls solche. Ebenfalls kann man bei ihm Boote mieten, Tipps zum Fischen gab es dazu. Die Unterkunft ist ihren Preis wert, ist gut ausgestattet und Parkplätze am Schatten hat es auch. Besten Dank an alle

Das SevenFarm hatte eine gemütliche und familiären Atmosphäre! Es ist schön, wenn man sich in einer Unterkunft wie zu Hause fühlt. Ebenfalls war alles sauber. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich.

Apartamento moderno, com óptima localização em Seia. Destacamos o espaço muito limpo, as anfitriãs muito simpáticas e responsivas, cama muito confortável e cozinha comum muito bem equipada. Apenas indicamos como melhoria o pequeno-almoço, que achamos que deveria ter produtos locais (em vez dos embalados).

O apartamento excedeu as expetativas, não só pela limpeza como pelo tamanho e pela decoração. O quarto era enorme, havia uma pequena cozinha com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia e a casa de banho era igualmente muito grande. O pequeno almoço também foi muito bom. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Recomendo e tenciono voltar. Obrigada Ana.

Uma agradável surpresa, que superou as minhas expetativas. A casa é extremamente acolhedora e com umas vistas fantásticas. Sem dúvida uma visita a repetir. Adorei! Limpa e confortável, com todos os utensílios necessários para uma excelente acomodação. A anfitriã é cinco estrelas e muito amigável.

Værten var super imødekommende. Vi blev vist rundt på “gården” og smagte de frugter der blev dyrket på grunden. Desuden var alt pænt og rent og istandsat. Poolen var også super fin. En lille perle👏

Quinta da Xandica, located just outside of Valença do Douro village, was a fantastic, and unique experience. It’s rare these days to find an Airbnb hosted by a “real” (boots on the ground) host who is not only there to share local knowledge and accommodates your needs, but literally who also welcomes you in to the ACTUAL family home. It reminded me of a traditional bed and breakfast, in all of the best ways. (Including a lovely breakfast in a dining room!!!) The Quinta was home to Matilde”s great grandfather, and is shared today with her grandmother and father (three generations). It’s a working farm, and an all around charming, beautiful place. Even during our unseasonably rainy visit, the grounds and area was stunning. Practically speaking, the bed was comfortable & the water hot. Dinner made by Matilde was a reasonably priced and delicious with estate wine. We also thoroughly interaction with other guests, the chipped dog, “Bill”, and access to the surrounding area. A treasure!

André e sua equipe são muito agradáveis, atenciosos. O local da estadia é impecável e muito confortável. Com toda certeza voltaria para me hospedar com ele. Recomendo 100%, pois o custo-benefício é muito grande. A equipe está de parabéns!!

Bon rapport qualité prix et à proximité d'un supermarché ! Il est nécessaire de marcher pour rejoindre le centre et les restos mais cela reste accessible facilement (30 minutes à pied pour la gare) et en prime avec une balade proche du Douro

Sehr freundlicher und liebevoller Empfang. Caroline hat mich sogar mit einem Abendessen empfangen, was ich so nicht erwartet habe. Die Umgebung ist einzigartig.....Caroline und Gregory kümmerten sich fürsorglich um um mich....Vielen Dank für die wunderbaren Gespräche! Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist einzigartig. Ich durfte sehr viele positive Einblicke erleben. Vielen lieben Dank dafür! Gerne komme ich wieder...

Staying with Caroline and Gregory is extraordinary. They welcome you warmly and you feel like you have arrived deep down inside. The view, the background noise and the general atmosphere are incomparable. I am convinced that no matter where you are in life, this is where the origins of the next stage will emerge and you will leave this place in a different form than when you arrived.

Lugar da Pedra Altra is a very special place, the host were very helpful and we had a very memorable holiday. We stayed there as a group of eight, two families and we had enough space, and the breakfast that they supplied was very enjoyable. We would look to visit again in the future
