It was all perfect, the location is wonderful very close to Canção Nova, the building is quiet, the apartment is a grace, everything tidy, very clean and organized, I love that there is a huge wardrobe in the bedroom, until the view of the room and the living brings us peace...and Roger is a great host, he welcomed us very well, with the flexible check-in because we arrive late due to the distance, I will always come back!!! Super recommend!!!

The stay was very good! The place is as advertised! Juana was very kind in her communications. The condominium is easily accessible and very close to Capivari. Only the sofa bed in the living room is a little uncomfortable and we found the mattress in the bedroom to be very soft. We also had a small communication problem about the boiler: we didn't know that the circuit breaker (located behind the entrance door) should be turned on and we had to take a cold shower when we arrived. Juana recommended that we speak with the reception to resolve the issue. Another detail is that the elevator was under maintenance, so we had to go up 2 floors with the suitcases.

Eduardo's apartment is beautiful, just like in the photos. It has a beautiful view. It has many cooking utensils if you want. Very comfortable, a few minutes from the center. Very quiet, very peaceful condominium. It's worth getting to know!

My husband and I were in Cunha for the third time. The other times we stayed in other accommodations, to which I would not return, unlike Mel's accommodation. I will certainly return to Cunha and stay here again. The atmosphere was very peaceful, everything was clean and the view was beautiful. Being able to bathe while looking at the bush was a very wonderful experience. I needed some items to sanitize my car and Mel was super helpful in lending them to me.

A place thought out in every detail, all the items of high quality, the best bedding, beautiful dishes, no expense spared! I was looking for a place a little further away because I wanted to rest from the “energy of the center” and it was perfect, very little time from the center but with a lot of bush and nature around! Everything extremely clean! Vanilda responds to messages super fast and is always willing to help with whatever you need. I have already recommended it to friends and I will certainly return!

Lucilene is very kind and concerned about the guests. We even left some very tasty treats. Her daughter, Carmen, was also very helpful and friendly, making us feel very comfortable at the accommodation. Mrs. Sandra, responsible for organizing the place, is very friendly, polite, helpful and answered all our questions about the accommodation. And I couldn't help but mention the old dog (whose name I forgot). She is not part of the accommodation...lol and she does not stay in the glass house, but she is very affectionate and a sweet darling. We love her. Regarding the accommodations, I can say that it was a very pleasant experience. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet. The glass house is very cozy. It is close to the mall, the market, pharmacy, bakeries, etc.; which made it much easier. I thank everyone in the house for the good stay we had.
