Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Guaecá

We stayed at Lauren's house on 05/01/2025 and everything went as we had talked and agreed. The house was super clean and as per the announcement. The beach access is for a lawn and very close to the beach. As we were in the family and with small children the access close to the house to the beach made our experience a lot easier. Another positive point is the size of the bedrooms and living room that brought comfort to our family. I thank Lauren for the availability to assist us whenever we need it.

The stay and the experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including access and use instructions for the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen with sufficient utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

We had an excellent stay! As soon as we arrived, there was fresh coffee and a delicious cake! Marcio was very attentive and responded very quickly every time I sent a message! The house really is very cozy!! He left nothing to be desired! We look forward to returning soon!

Impeccable, super-equipped and extremely well cared for. Limpeza 10/10 by Vilma, a sweetness and pure sympathy. Excellent cook, even made the market for us. The only difference between the listing and what we find is that the king bedrooms have no single bed, but mattresses. So some people ended up sleeping on the floor. Tirando this caveat, only compliments. The pool is super heated, the house has cooler, ice, trolley for transportation to the beach and many chairs. We were in 17 and there were still chairs left. Worth a lot of the stay, incredible infrastructure

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds an incredible view, you really don't want to get out of there. Cooking with that view is incredible. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, contemplate that view. Cyntia the clerk with help with everything in the house was really helpful. I cooked and was there catering to our needs. Juli the same, I could get everything I asked of her/I would really come back a thousand times !

It corresponded to all my expectations that were already high, a very tasty weekend and with all comfort to be at home! Already thinking about the date to come back and enjoy more 🙏🏽🤍

the house is a delight, it exceeded our expectations. the house is very clean and cozy, bed and bath linens of excellent quality and fragrant, I ended up not using mine that I always take with me. the house is in a heavenly place, with a garden all grassy that gives access to the beach practically private. we will return for sure.

Days off, lovely place, amazing view, super space suitable for 3 people, inside a hotel where cleanliness is the breakfast are perfect. Mercia is a super host, exceptional service. I'll definitely stay with her again. Thank you

The accommodation corresponds with the descriptive, is close to the beach, bakery and the centrinho with restaurants. It has all utensils, towels, bed linen and pillow. All ok!

Perfect location, easy to live incredible moments. Perfect reception by the building staff, all very kind. The host is always present and quick to respond. Super friendly and participative. I stayed for a week and highly recommend it.

What a joy it was to stay in this space! The beach of Feiticeira is so close that you can consider it a backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us with everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by the kitten Shakira, the company was great in the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

Quiet place for a couple, especially if you prioritize having the main meals outside. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, but it only has a small pot. Only point of attention for those that likes to organize meals. My fiancé and I worked from there and we had no problems with the stability of the internet. Easy to get around by car. Right in the middle of the north and south zone making it easy to get to know different beaches. Local was well cleaned. I recommend and would go again.

The days in Cléia's apartment were simply wonderful! The beach of Martim de Sá alone is absurdly special, but being able to stay in such a beautiful, well-kept and complete space made everything even better. It is a new, complete space, where you can see the care and affection in every corner! In addition to Cléia being an excellent host, responding quickly even though she lives in another time zone, all the building's employees are friendly and respectful. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I can't wait to come back!

My stay was excellent! The place was very clean and well maintained, just like in the photos. Host Alana was amazing: super attentive, gave us great tips for tours, restaurants, where to find cold beer and more. She also gave us several instructions that made our trip much easier. The location is quiet and you can easily walk to the beach. I highly recommend and I hope to return soon!

No words to describe the accommodation, everything clean, delicious bed linen, full and equipped kitchen (it helped a lot because we stayed 4 days and made most of the meals in the apartment). We went with a baby and Cristina provided an extra mattress. Even with the cold in June, we managed to enjoy one of the days, and the pool water was ice cold. In a hot season, the pool and barbecue area must be incredible. Everything was impeccable, we will return more often!!

I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

I highly recommend it! Home exactly like the listing, clean and organized! The house is complete with all the items needed for a perfect stay! Very friendly and understanding Matheus. Voltaria more often for sure.

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

The stay was excellent! The description fully matched what was in the listing. Marcelo e Márcia always responded very quickly, brought super interesting local tips and even helped us to make a better route choice for our return. As for the noises of the bars, which is in some comments, it did not bother us at all, all rooms have air conditioning and we can close the windows to sleep peacefully. The location is great, we did everything on foot in the city, the beach is beautiful and the space is even bigger than what appears in the photos of the ad. We loved the trip and in particular the attention of the hosts note 10. We will definitely return.

We spent a very pleasant work day holiday. Excellent location, next to the beach in the right corner, ensuring tranquility. Beach equipment was set up every day by the condominium staff. Flat very well equipped and clean, with a parking space for a car and the possibility of getting pet. Very attentive hosts. I certainly hope to repeat the stay and have the opportunity to refer.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is super comfortable, with amazing beds and air conditioning in every room, which made all the difference. The house is very well equipped, it has everything we need for a quiet and hassle-free season. The barbecue on the balcony is excellent, we had a great time there! The beach area is impeccable, with a great structure and condominium staff who are always helpful and friendly. A special highlight for the condominium's ice machine, which was super useful for cooling the drink from the cooler we took to the sand. No doubt an experience to repeat! I recommend with my eyes closed.
