Beach house holiday rentals in Guaecá

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

Our stay at Laércio's place was excellent! First, he is a very easy to access and super attentive person, possessed all the instructions and information of the house clearly and was not ready to respond to the messages. The house is super well located, a street from the beach of Cambury. The layout of the house is exactly as in the photos, everything very organized and caters well to two people, in addition to our pet that went along... the house has a great outdoor area to leave things on the beach and remove the sand, in addition to serving as a circulation area for your little animal. We love!

I will start with the house... identical to the photos, to be sincere... even better in person, all very clean, cozy, smelly and very well equipped. The location.. without words! just going to see which words do not define, who wants to rest in a little piece of paradise is there. About your Vavá, dearest person, an energy too good, always very attentive and helpful. I don't give any more stars because here it's only 5 kkkk Mr.Vaavá we'll go back saw! For those who will read this comment I speak, just go! Because at the time of leaving, the sadness of hahaha Sr. Vavá Thank you for everything! Your place is worth 10 stars.

Impeccable, super-equipped and extremely well cared for. Limpeza 10/10 by Vilma, a sweetness and pure sympathy. Excellent cook, even made the market for us. The only difference between the listing and what we find is that the king bedrooms have no single bed, but mattresses. So some people ended up sleeping on the floor. Tirando this caveat, only compliments. The pool is super heated, the house has cooler, ice, trolley for transportation to the beach and many chairs. We were in 17 and there were still chairs left. Worth a lot of the stay, incredible infrastructure

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

Loved this place and the beach is great. The night noise from nearby bars and from noisy neighbors on weekend required noise cancelling headphones to sleep. But otherwise awesome!!

Despite the cold, expected at this time, we managed to enjoy the island, hike the bonnet (Renata's recommendation) and still spend the day at the Porto do Engenho restaurant (also Renata's recommendation). The house itself met our needs well. It was easy to access. The only observation I would make is that it has stairs and elderly people or people with mobility difficulties may not be able to climb up to the rooms.

Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it is quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will return more often, for sure! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven, and it's close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

We spent a weekend at the house and it was amazing! The house is much better than in the photos, the decor is modern, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath and pillows available and of good quality. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was very cold and the pool was our salvation because it was super warm, due to the electric heating. The condominium has a concierge and is 100% walled, in addition to being next to the beach and very close (5 min) to the downtown area, with several shops and restaurants. Jade always responded quickly and attentively, even extending the deadline for our check-out. You can book, you won't regret it!

Comfortable house, large and very nice pool, super-equipped kitchen, clean and fragrant bed linens, air-conditioned game room, house super close to the beach, we got to the beach with the sea a little rough, but I've been to this beach other times and the sea is very calm. Aristides always responded to my requests immediately. I recommend it!

I can't recommend the stay anymore. Thalita helped me with everything we needed, the house was clean, tidy and everything as described - even a iron that was not in the description of the stay she ran after making it available to us. We arrived a little early at the house and she made the entrance available without any problems. To leave, it was also as easily. Everything was working perfectly, no surprises, and the value was super fair.

Excellent accommodation, it had everything we were looking for. Tranquility, good view, all the amenities. Sergio is an excellent host, attentive to everything and quickly responding to recommendations about the place. I recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful place to spend holidays in Ilhabela. The house is located in a quiet condominium and is as shown in the photos. Everything was perfect and tidy for our arrival. They also left us many indications of what to do in the area and it was worth following them.

The house is really the wonder you see in the listing. Lots of structure, beauty and comfort. All well integrated. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The view is a show apart, amazing, as well as the barbecue area and pizza oven. We had all the support of everything we need quickly and with great kindness and warmth. The condominium is close to Julião beach, which is sensational. It was an amazing weekend. Too much worth it!!!

Guaeca beach is one of the most amazing places on the northern coast of São Paulo, and of high standard, located at 8k são Sebastião and a neighbor of Barequecaba beach (3k) where it has a reasonable infrastructure for small shopping. The property's location, foot in the sand tbem is privileged. Great choice for family. Plain beach, shallow and most of the time the waves are small. Ideal for children.

Absolutely wonderful house right on the beach. Great amenities including beach chairs, surf boards and boogie boards, plus more to make your beach days even more enjoyable. Excellent couple! Very organized and clean. Pleasant space full of stories and personality. The hostess Lu was very helpful and polite. Bed and bath linen smelly and well-maintained. Dishes and utensils organized and in sufficient numbers. We will certainly return on another occasion. Everyone loved it and the beach is wonderful! House very comfortable and wide. In a strategic location within a "sanctuary", just steps from the sea. Peace and tranquility reigned. Good bedding, bath and cleaning. I thought it had standup and kayak, as I had seen in the pictures, but it doesn't. Only Beach items were missing, which the house could provide, so that the stay would be more than perfect. Host cordiality is a matter!!!!! Very friendly and helpful. I will return and I will definitely indicate.

Excellent host, very attentive and flexible! Great location on a paradise beach with an excellent internal grenade very good for children and for the whole family. The house is also very good with everything we need to have a beautiful stay. The house is at the beginning of the condominium, so it has a short walk to the beach, but it is not a problem since the path is very quiet and beautiful.
