It features a lovely balcony and it includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

Greetings from beautiful Gmunden! Our house is very central. The house has two separate apartments. The Airbnb apartment has a large garden, two bedrooms, bathroom incl. There is a possibility to park the car in front of the house for free. From us, the public transport, the city center, great restaurants and our beautiful Traunsee (10 min walk) are away. In summer with a bikini and in winter with skis, everything is easily accessible. We look forward to it! Family Kaya

There are also secure places for your bicycles, with which you can follow the nearby Salzkammergut cycle path.
