Guesthouse "ladan"

Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Old, cozy cottage in the countryside, yet close to everything

Next to Hjälstaviken's nature reserve is this cottage, which is a wing building to Husby-Sjutolft's vicarage. Parts of the house are probably from the 1700s. The house is 60 square meters with two rooms, kitchen, hall and bathroom with shower. You live next door to the host family, but have your own "backside" with a balcony down the afternoon and evening sun and views of the agricultural landscape. In the area, there are nice walking paths and trails around Hjälstaviken, at Ekolsund Castle and in the forests around. Grocery store is within 10 km.

Another house for three people can be rented on the property. Lush forest with nice walking paths. 3 km to child-friendly swimming area. Possibility of fishing, rowing, canoeing and SUP.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. With nature around the corner you can take long walks and see lambs and cows, and maybe even a moose if you are lucky. Cook a good dinner in the large kitchen, or play games and watch movies together in front of the fire. By car you can make excursions to local farm shops, Ekolsund Castle, Hjälstaviken and also to the swimming area in Lake Mälaren within 10 min. If you want to take the bus to Uppsala (40 min) or Enköping (15 min), they go directly 230m from the house.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Charming, newly-built house in the countryside in quiet area by Lake Mälaren. Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area of about 100 meters . On the property there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

Small cozy house on private property with private entrance in central Örsundsbro. A good sofa bed for 2 adults and a double bed on the loft. Shower, washing machine, toilet, stove, fridge ,microwave and coffee maker are located in the house. Safe area. Electric car charging is available at the parking lot outside the door if needed at an extra cost. About 100 meters to the bus for transportation between Västerås, Uppsala ,Bålsta. Welcome

Lillstugan at Solkulla Matskog

Antique and recycled, these small rooms give a cozy feel. It is close to our dwelling house so in the summertime the courtyard is a paradise shared with the hosts. Private seat on the back side. Bathroom & sauna in the building next door shared with Glamping guests. Access to the Forest Garden and nice seating is available. Small-scale food crafts, art, rural cafes and crafts can also be found here in Fjärdhundraland if you are a car.

I hjärtat av byn Brunnsta hittar du detta fridfulla och lugna boende. Här bor du lantligt men ändå nära till omkringliggande städer som Stockholm och Uppsala och Arlanda flygplats. Det finns kommunikationer med buss 1 km från boendet och fjärrtåg och pendeltåg 8 km från boendet. Boendet är främst för 2-3 personer men en extrasäng går att ställa in. Observera att det är ett gemensamt sovrum.
