Cosy apartment on the ground floor of a Swiss chalet. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room and an entrance hall. The apartment is part of the annex built in 1950 at the paternal cottage. This cottage was built in 1850 by my great-grandfather, my grandparents lived there and my dad and his sister were born there. The apartment has been slightly renovated, it is furnished simply and functionally. In front of the chalet, there is a grassy plot, which was long the vegetable garden and the only source of income for my grandmother who became a widow prematurely.

Apartment ideally located to relax in the mountains. The south-facing balcony is ideal for sunny late afternoon aperitifs... Easy access by public transport (train station on the square) as well as by car (parking downstairs from the building). Restaurants, grocery store, sports, etc. all within a 2-min walk. Get a change of scenery and come and discover our beautiful mountains. On the lower floor of the chalet, we offer a very nice apartment. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with a large shower, a small and well-equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. On the ground floor a furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the Alps, located due south, on the edge of the forest, very quiet.

Welcome to our home! Enjoy the mountains in summer. Just a 10-minute walk from Lac de Frience, on the Solalex or Croix des Chaux footpaths, you're ideally placed for hiking. The area is served by the TPC (Alpe des Chaux Les Arsets stop). A private parking space is available. The flat is equipped for 4 people to live comfortably (see equipment).
