Waterfront holiday rentals in Grünheide (Mark)

Fantastic and beautiful airport in a beautiful and peaceful part of Berlin. My only note is that it was a little harder to get into the centre of Berlin than imagined by public transport it took us about 1hr20 to get there. The apartment itself was even bigger than it looks and was very comfortable with great bedding.

For my purposes, an internship at BER Airport, super suitable (20 min by car). Super quiet environment with beautiful location on the lake, ideal for running or taking a walk. The room and bathroom were very clean and the amenities were very good. The only thing that was missing a bit (due to the size of the room also difficult to implement) was a slightly larger (clothes) closet or storage space. Communication with the landlords and also the neighbors was super nice.

Remi’s place was wonderful! Beautiful location overlooking the waterfront, spacious rooms and a lovely bottle of fizz on our arrival. Remi was responsive and was happy for us to leave bags in the flat on our last day before our flight. A great apartment and a great host.

The studio: An intermediate between the apartment and the workspace. Anne and her family are totally nice; since I had rented the modernly furnished studio located in the countryside on the Berlin-Rahnsdorfer Kanalsystem (Müggelsee and eastern surroundings) over Christmas and New Year's Eve (to work there online), they immediately invited me to the Christmas celebrations and also to New Year's Eve. I could have used the kayaks as well (but was too cold). In summer, if you can sit outside on the 2 terraces and in the garden, it has to be even more beautiful. For the door-to-door connection from the studio to the S-Bahn stop "Warschauer Straße" I needed exactly 50 minutes including a 700 m walk, bus and S-Bahn. That's how long you'll be on the road within Berlin. A car is still an advantage. Recommended!

This airbnb is a really well-designed small house with a lovely patio. The place takes full advantage of the space it has and is very comfortable to stay at, located in a very peaceful and nice neighborhood with good connections to the rest of the city. Thekla was very proactive and clear in her communication, we really recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment, which is above all very quietly located in a back house - overlooking the countryside, plenty of street parking and great restaurants as well as playgrounds within walking distance. Communication was great and the key box makes check-in independent and flexible in time. Great!

But we felt comfortable. The accommodation had everything you needed to recover well. The lakeside location is fantastic and the balcony or bench on the lake offer a cozy and romantic atmosphere for a few relaxing days. The apartment is well equipped and also the bed is just super comfortable, everything you need for a relaxing time.

A very nice accommodation, we were there with four people and completely satisfied. Good infrastructure, shopping, public transport connection, car towards Berlin. But also a beautiful, worth-seeing area. Thx 🌸🌸🌸

We booked the house with a fairy group of six people for a week. The location with its own lake access is an absolute highlight. The house is large and spacious and especially if you travel for more than a few days as a group, you can also retreat well. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. One thing we found unfortunate was that in the large living area only three cozy armchairs came to six people, so half of us always had to sit on the dining room chairs. But this is a small downside if it deserves the name at all - we felt very comfortable and have rarely been in such a great cottage!

A wonderful place to relax away from the crowds. Only nature in all directions. Very lovingly and stylishly furnished house with everything you need and a very accommodating host! We have very much recovered. Many thanks to Bartosz

They were beautiful, relaxing days surrounded by nature. Thanks to Frank's good descriptions, it was an all-round successful and relaxing stay on the property! Paddle and cycling tours in the area are highly recommended.

We had a really nice time in the vacation home. It was lovingly decorated and there was everything you needed to fully enjoy the time. Marta was very accessible, friendly and very quick to respond to everything. We will be happy to come back!

We have rarely had such a relaxing holiday:) For whatever reason, we woke up every day at sunrise, started the day with a coffee on the terrace in the beach chair or were alone on the lake with the rowing boat 'Odi‘ (included:)!)..a dream. Frank is a great host!! The place reminded us of a small log cabin in Sweden😊 Everything was perfect.. We will be happy to come back☀️ Thanks again for your hospitality, Frank!

Nazanin's apartment is as cozy as advertised and made me feel right at home. Very quiet and it felt very Berlin-like. It truly has everything (extremely well-equipped kitchen); the bath tub is a treat; very well located, easy to get everywhere and full of atmosphere near the canal, very easy check-in, and Nazanin communicated very fast, warmly, and efficiently. I stayed for two weeks and it was perfect for that. It works for short- or long term stays. I would stay there again any time.

Hans and his partner were exceptional hosts, offering a serene and beautifully maintained space that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and creativity. Their patience with my late check-in was greatly appreciated, making my arrival seamless. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the home created an environment that was both welcoming and inspiring. I was able to write quite a lot. Thanks to the calm and comfort of their lovely spot. I highly recommend their place to anyone seeking a restorative and productive getaway.

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

We got very lucky when we found Sigrid’s place on Airbnb. Compared to the ridiculous Airbnb prices in Berlin, Sigrid’s place was really well priced and totally worth the space and location. With a lovely view over the bay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only a 6min cab ride to Ostkreuz or a 10 min tram ride, it was very well connected if we wanted to go into the city centre. There is an Aldi at walking distance and honestly, everything you need for a short or long stay available at the apartment. Sigrid was very accommodating and allowed us to sleep one extra person on the couch. Check in was great, Clemens showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Berlin.

Nice space with a view of the Havel and marina. The kitchen had everything you need for a week's stay in our case. A wonderful bed to sleep in, the shutters provided extra darkness. The 2 outdoor loungers were very nice to lie on. We cooked for ourselves for a few days and then the terrace with our delicious meal was like being in a restaurant. In the area, there are 2 bakeries, 3 supermarkets, 3 ice cream parlors, bicycle and boat rentals, and a variety of good restaurants. You cycle to Potsdam along a beautiful route, 10-11km but easy to do. Our car was in the parking garage, which was very nice because of the lack of parking space on the street. We took the bus to Potsdam once, and it was easy and smooth with the 631 that leaves every 20 minutes. We had a nice time!
