Cute 1 bedroom, one bath, suite, roomy bedroom, living area, bath, kitchen, pool and private fishing pier. Located on Pleasure Island, TX and close to Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, Port Neches. Also close proximity to beach. This property is waterfront on Sabine lake with a 400 ft private pier, great fishing, a good place to tie up your boat. Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. The owners do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.

The neighborhood was quaint, quiet, safe, and centralized. Very close to great restaurants and daily-need type businesses. There is an enormous supermarket (HEB) a couple miles away. I enjoyed walking to the convenient store as-well. There is a laundry mat a block away if needed. The room, kitchen, and dining area are spacious with a clean modern appeal. Plenty of storage and room for personal appliances. Parking was private and safe. Ana (the host) is easy to communicate with and seems genuine about her guests’ comfort and safety. I would definitely stay here again.
