Apartment holiday rentals in Grottammare

Four-night stay, great experience! The house is small but cozy, offering all the necessary services. The garden, where we have set up outdoor dinners and breakfasts, is also very popular. Air conditioning present, washing machine also. We spent wonderful days at the beach relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it’s in the best location overlooking the main square with amazing sea views too. It’s in the middle of the old town and so everything is nearby and within walking distance and great to feel in the middle of it all. If you like walking and swimming there are some amazing walks straight out of the town and also stunning beaches.

The house is beautiful, super tidy and minimal... five minutes' walk from the sea... quiet area with excellent restaurants... host always responsive and friendly... with super flexible check-in and out... we will definitely be back... super great experience

Tania is an exquisite person and her apartment is small, but very well organized and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. the location is on the border of the village, so it is closer to Grottamare beach than to S.Benedetto, but it is a beautiful beach and above all really reachable in 5 minutes on foot because the house is located near the railway underpass (which should not be underestimated, because the underpasses are located at a good distance from each other). Also a 5-minute walk away is a very well-stocked supermarket that also has a nice food counter if you don't want to cook. On the other hand, it is a little far from the center (about 1.8 km); the distance itself is not excessive, but the streets at night are not very busy and on the seafront you have to pass an industrial area: so we took the car. And here is the only bad note: it's not very easy to find parking under the house. But otherwise highly recommended!

I liked the balcony overlooking the sea...functional and spartan the studio the way I like it. On the seafront, just outside my very attractive pastry bar building.

Incredibly beautiful! Beautiful surroundings, great apartment, but the best were definitely the hosts! We were so warmly welcomed that we would have preferred to never leave! Many thanks to Pia and Ennio for everything! You are wonderful!

Stefano's apartment is a gem in the heart of Ascoli Piceno. Equipped with all modern comforts, spacious and beautiful bathroom, fantastic large roof terrace with greenery and a table with chairs under a large awning. It is very quiet and yet once you are outside, you are immediately in the middle of the city. The Italian breakfast is reserved in an excellent restaurant nearby. And last but not least: Stefano is rightly a superhost! He responds quickly and gives practical answers to questions.

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Flexible check-in, great communication with the host and a perfectly prepared apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but due to the many good restaurants nearby, it was rarely used. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Listening to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. Thank you Francesco, you were a great, pro-active and very friendly host. Grazie e alla prossima :-)

Magnificent house surrounded by greenery, just what we needed, well-equipped kitchen for cooking, there is everything you need. Thank you!

The apartment is small like described but very clean and functional. I was surprised that it’s located inside a doctors place but that didn’t bother me at all :) there’s a bus running to the central station but it’s far from the beach. However I would recommend the apartment!

Sabina's place is spectacular with ocean views from every room. It's a truly peaceful retreat. We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful apartment, spacious and completely renovated like new. Located in the city center and convenient for all kinds of activities.

A gem of an apartment!!! Just renovated with great care and with a studio of the spaces!! It is a small place ideal for 2 people but comfortable, there is everything!!! First of all, a super equipped kitchen (beautiful pots) with induction, microwave, oven, toaster, etc. and a counter where to eat. From the window you can see the sea, beautiful!!! Adjacent is the bedroom with a spacious closet (All. Inside a mini dryer), a smart TV and everything you need (sheets, towels, pegs, cleaning utensils...) The bathroom offers a super comfortable, clean, large shower!!! Oh, I forgot air conditioning and wifi!! In short, we are really satisfied!!! The only thing that had escaped us was the location: it is in front of the beaches so in the evening there is availability of many restaurants on the beach but to get to Grottammare or San benedetto on foot it takes at least 20/25 minutes!! I have to say that it was not a problem because there were several scooters!!!! Thanks!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite the considerable delay of my train and helped me with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was not a problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. There was also milk, small cakes and coffee, and a fresh bouquet of flowers on the table. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Gladly again!

We stayed with Maria Rita for a week. She is a very likeable hostess. The apartment is very spacious. Practical detail: two toilets! The bathroom has a large window. The rooms are bright and have high ceilings. There are no curtains and mosquito nets in the apartment (except in the kitchen). Therefore, you always have to lower the shutters if you do not want to be seen from the outside. For us, it was not a problem, as the other apartments were not occupied and there were not many mosquitoes at the end of September. The modern (and quiet) washing machine is also practical. You quickly get used to the train that passes behind the house. The windows are well insulated. The garden is large and you can find nice seats. Cars and bicycles can be parked safely, as the whole property is surrounded by a high fence. All in all, a very nice stay. We will be happy to come back!

Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

The apartment is a few meters away from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have better luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

It is a small but beautiful regenerating oasis of tranquility and beauty, excellent for leaving behind hectic rhythms and stress. Amelia and her partner are excellent hosts, always available for every need and never intrusive. We will definitely be back!!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.
