Enjoy your quiet 40 sqm apartment just 200 meters from the outdoor pool. Parking on the premises. In the village, all the necessities of daily use are available. The apartment is, in every season, an ideal starting point for cycling, mountain, skiing and hiking tours, as well as excursions to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Salzkammergut or the surrounding region. There is a lockable storage room, for example, for e-bikes or skis. A baby crib and high chair for small guests is also available.

Stylish country house in a quiet location with mountain views

Our newly renovated house is located in an absolutely quiet location directly at the Bayerisch Gmain hiking centre. From here you can go on numerous hikes and bike tours of different lengths and durations from the front door. In 5 minutes walking distance you will find the Bayerisch Gmain train station, a children's playground and a supermarket. Within a 2-30 km radius there are, among others: Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg, the Königssee, the Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, several thermal baths.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.

Our stay at Werner & Maria's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Werner and Maria were a fantastic host, very responsive, helpful and giving us tips to explore the area. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg or/and Berchtesgaden area.

Beautiful apartment in modern alpine style -Fewo 2

The apartment is in great condition. The kitchen and bathroom are very modern and fully equipped. 2 balconies with beautiful views. The living room and bedroom are cozy and homey. In general, the apartment is in very good condition and also suitable for longer stays. Astrid is very polite and hospitable, check in and out were uncomplicated. The location is great for motorists. All excursion destinations (thermal baths, Salzburg, Hellbrunn Palace and mountains) in the vicinity can be reached in 30 minutes. Parking is available on site. Bakers and restaurants are within walking distance, supermarkets are 10 minutes' drive. All in all, a very nice vacation in a very nice apartment.

Martina's place was easy to find and has beautiful surroundings. There's plenty of parking space and the place is just 30 mins to the nearby attractions. Martina's communication and instructions for check in were also very clear. Will recommend this place and rebook if I go again.
