Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grižane-Belgrad

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located with a supermarket right around the corner and the See just a little further. From the balcony on the upper floor we even had a lovely sea view. Sanja was very friendly and welcoming. A great experience overall!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing house and Bernard was very friendly and helpful

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

Nadija and Renato were incredibly friendly warm people who welcomed our family to this house and ensured we knew where everything was and how to use everything. They were soo thoughtful that they stocked us a bottle of wine, a few Croatian beers and juice for the kids in the fridge! This place is brand new, gorgeous, and spacious with a breathtaking back patio and a killer view, pool and magnificent sunsets! Can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. Margita is really nice and friendly. She welcomed us with lots of goodies and drinks.

We were a family of 5 people and a dog in the apartment. Everything was as described. The property is very spacious. Everything is clean, the amenities are great. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away and you can also reach the center of Crikvenica within 15 minutes along the beach promenade. We would book the place again anytime!

The place was spotless, new, clean. Amazing views, balcony, calm place, swimming pool, jetted tub and a great grill to cook , also a place sunbath! We absolutely love the place so much!!! Everything was great, host was friendly, place was clean..

We had a very nice time in Nena's apartment! The roof terrace is a dream! Nena is a very sweet and attentive host who takes time for her guests and is very helpful. She got us the parking ticket and was very helpful at check-in! We already had great communication with Ivana (Nena's daughter) when booking and everything was explained to us in detail. We also enjoyed dinner with Nena in one of her recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back, dear Nena!

We only dealt with Stjepan, Suzana's husband. Stjepan is a fantastic, warm, friendly man, a top! host. Every day we met when he was cleaning the pool. Always a chat, he speaks and understands English well We recommend this place! Everything is present ! Jacuzzi , very nice with view over the town, you feel like king and queen ! We had a very enjoyable stay. Since the apartment is not new, modern and sterile, we enjoyed the charm and nostalgia of earlier decades. It had everything we needed, cozy beds, kitchen equipment, plenty of space. The view of the sea from the terrace and from some rooms is very nice. Barbara and her family are extremely likable. An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

Perfect stay, very nice landlords

The best thing about this studio: the location!!!! close to everything, supermarket, bakery, small market, beach... with access via stairs. Very nice terrace, even if a little noisy.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay at near Senj.

They’re truly amazing people and hosts! I guess it was our best Airbnb experience ever :) (most probably we will come back to Rijeka and stay there again)✨✨
