Maximilian helped us immediately after we had to look for a new place to stay at short notice. In general, the communication really worked very well. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation - nice furnishings, super bright, clean, great kitchen, large garden with terrace. We will be happy to come back!

For us, the apartment was a peaceful idyll. We really enjoyed our time there. The location is perfect for exploring the surroundings on foot, by bike or by car. We had a very nice week in the idyllic apartment. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to get out and enjoy the tranquility of nature. The property is huge and idyllic. A paradise, especially for children. Even in bad weather, you can make yourself really comfortable in front of the fireplace. Inga and Steffan are great hosts and not only share their home but also like to share their harvest in the garden. Thank you for the jam and the apple juice ☺️ The path to more is not far and we have explored beautiful dog beaches in the area. Small warning: You should be able to handle crawling animals well, it is an old house and we have encountered some spiders.

Everything was great with Ilona, from the communication before arrival to the uncomplicated departure. A clean apartment in the middle of the countryside. When the weather is nice, you can relax on the great terrace. The apartment is a great starting point for excursions by bike in the area. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The apartment is small but nice. We could use the beautiful garden area behind the house at any time, which was very pleasant on the beautiful days. The location was perfect for our excursions to Wismar, Lübeck and the Baltic Sea. and we could park directly in front of the house. The dog was allowed in the garden at any time, and could also do his business there. The only small drawback for us seniors was the location of the bed and the rather limited possibility of getting into the bed. All in all, we humans and the old dog felt very comfortable, anytime again!

The apartment has a high-quality standard and is very spacious for two people. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, even basic foodstuffs such as salt, pepper and coffee were available. The windows to the street are very well soundproofed: you can't hear a car passing by. Due to the massive walls, the house is pleasantly cool even at high outside temperatures. The only small drawback was the bedroom window, which could not be completely darkened. As a host, I can highly recommend Iris: The communication was friendly, smooth, unobtrusive and courteous from start to finish. In short: perfect. The town of Klütz is very beautiful; many old houses, a castle and yet far away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Boltenhagen. We liked the beach of Schwansee very much. We will be happy to come back.

Tilo was super accessible and friendly. Due to my long drive, I was even able to go in at 12pm at night, which was really very convenient for me. The apartment was discreet and nicely decorated. The apartment is right next to a church, but nevertheless it did not bother my sleep (was not noisy). Parking was also available. Was a really nice, quiet and pleasant time there.

We were very warmly welcomed and were immediately totally thrilled with the entire apartment. It is very tastefully furnished. We were also very pleased with the extensive kitchen equipment.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. You have privacy, you really don't hear anything from the many neighbors and there is enough space despite the fact that it is only one room. The balcony is perfect for admiring the sunrise directly over the sea. And the surroundings are really beautiful! What we didn't know before: There is no oven, no freezer and no way to ventilate. The only window is basically the door to the balcony, which doesn't provide much cooling in the room. Air conditioning would be a dream. At the end of May, however, it was still bearable for us. Overall, a great relaxing holiday and definitely a recommendable apartment on the Baltic Sea!

Christoph and Marcus have really unearthed a treasure and it is exciting to see how an old, historic estate is being awakened from its slumber and filled with new life. So much enthusiasm, energy and attention to detail are something very special in these taste-standardized times... Thank you very much for the insights and the personal tour of the house! And so our apartment was also wonderfully and stylishly furnished and designed. From the French bed to the special tiles in the bathroom, from the fabrics of the curtains to the dishes - everything selected and unique. Particularly noteworthy, however, is the peace and quiet that you find there and the incredibly cozy bed... We wish you many more enthusiastic guests and good luck in realizing your many great ideas for the future of this domicile. We will be happy to come back !

We spent a few very nice days with baby in the apartment and felt very comfortable right away. It was very quiet and we found the view over the meadows incredibly relaxing. It has and really liked how spacious and bright the living area is. Due to previous reviews, we had been a little worried about the mosquitoes, but actually we didn't see a single one and were able to sleep undisturbed:)

We felt at home in this well-equipped, quiet apartment. The contact with Jeanette was uncomplicated and obliging. The proximity to the sea and nature was very relaxing for us. We will be happy to come back!

Looking for a charmingly located, lovingly refurbished, sensibly furnished and equipped, welcoming and comfortable apartment in a beautiful old thatched roof house, with a warm, open, uncomplicated and accommodating hostess? Book with Carolin!! We spent a wonderful weekend there and enjoyed every minute. The tranquility, the atmosphere of the place and especially the building and property, the surrounding nature - it was simply the perfect slowdown. Carolin has truly created a small oasis that we had to leave after only 2 days with a heavy heart. We would have loved to stay longer, would come back at any time and recommend it vehemently and enthusiastically :) Thanks!!

The place looks the same as in the photos. It is very clean, plenty of storage space is available and all kinds of utensils that you need. The view is very nice and the proximity to the beach is really a dream. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is really very nice, very clean and super modern. You have everything you need and messages were answered quickly and kindly. An absolute recommendation from us :)

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. More than enough space for 6 people. Even with two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply fantastic. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home and could enjoy our days very much. In this quiet village, Alexander's apartment is the perfect oasis of well-being with first-class amenities, whether in the very modern bathroom, in the kitchen or in the hot tub, which also works perfectly in winter. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment! :)

Very Nice place, close to the Beach and the city

We thank René for the beautiful weekend in the apartment. We did nothing in the village itself, but it was only a 12-18 minute drive to Rerik or Kühlungsborn. The apartment was very neat and clean. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen and the quiet balcony. A highlight, especially since the weather was not so good, was the "spa area" in the basement, which can be used by several apartments in the house. Very clean and private. Great atmosphere for a relaxing bath or sauna. Thanks for the tip, René. We will definitely recommend the apartment and maybe come back again.
