Kleines gemütliches Eckhaus

Offen, hell, gemütlich und ruhig. Mit Sitzplatz und kleinem Garten. Da ich nicht immer da bin, vermiete ich mein Zuhause zwischendurch. Du wirst also wohnen wie ich :-), es ist nicht ein "business apartment" dafür kommt es mit Lebens Charme daher und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Ich denke, es wird dir an nichts fehlen und sonst bitte danach fragen. Zu Fuss: 20 min an den schönen Greifensee für Spaziergänge, entlang dem Haus führts in die Natur, 15 m an den Bahnhof und 20 min (Zug) nach Zürich.

Unsere 2 Zimmer sind sehr romantisch, ruhig und in unserem schönen Bauernhaus mit hochwertigen Materialien und Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

Our accommodation is bordered by a nature reserve. Urban train and supermarket are reachable by foot in 15 minutes, in 17 minutes one can reach with the urban train Zürich City, and in about 30 minutes the airport Zurich. You have a beautiful view of the Greifensee, the surrounding reed belt and the mountains behind it. From the house you can observe birds as well as sometimes deer. It is rented to private persons only and not to companies.

my wooden beauty for u. 15 min by train to Zurich. 20min walk to the lake. 4min to the railwaystation. I live here and rent it when Im on vacation 😀 so its cosy, personal and clean. and not like a hotel but a tidy, clean air bnb. down below live friends which can help u with questions. u have a separate entrance. its quiet and the birds sing. a typical swiss quarter. the kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used.

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.

Steps away from nice forrest and amazing landscapes, couple of steps away from public transport. 20 minutes to city center and lake. Feel very welcome and enjoy the personal touch in this outstanding location!
