Lake house holiday rentals in Greers Ferry

We really enjoyed our stay. The home had absolutely everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect. We were definitely stay again.

Great family retreat. The outdoor living space was so awesome. Nice clean bedroom’s with comfy bedding. We are looking forward to making Elisa’s home our yearly family vacation, only next time we are staying five days!! Not two. Awesome memories made in an awesome home!!

We had a nice stay. We booked at the last minute due to a water leak in our cabin we own nearby. We were very glad to find something last minute at 8:00 PM. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee k cups provided were a nice touch. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms plus hand soap was also provided. My son loved the PAC Man game downstairs. The stairs to the second bedroom are pretty narrow, so it could be a problem for some people. Parking is also very tight, so I wouldn’t suggest bringing more than 2 vehicles to this house.

We enjoyed our stay - everything was clean and functional! We had everything we needed to make multiple meals in the spacious kitchen. Even though it rained all weekend there was plenty to do at the house, and we loved the view of the lake from the patio. Our host was friendly and responsive both during our stay and before we checked in. Highly recommend!

It was a great middle ground to meet up with family from Mississippi. We had a wonderful time swimming in the lake, playing board games and gathering on the decks. Beautiful views and lots of room for everyone! We had a mishap when we arrived but Kam was quick to get it resolved. Will consider booking again.

What an amazing home! I couldn’t be happier that we booked TJ’s place for the first weekend in June! This was actually my wedding weekend at a nearby venue, and TJ’s home is by FAR the closest to it (The Barn at Greers Ferry Lake). The home was spotless, VERY roomy, and just beautiful. All beds were comfy, kitchen well-stocked, and bathrooms had good quality linens. My favorite part is that TJ’s place felt like a home, instead the usual ‘airbnb with amazon furniture’. I do think all should be advised: this is NOT an easy drive. It’s extremely windy and steep, very scary in the dark. I’m not sure I’d attempt it in a sedan or smaller. Most important to know: we were stranded at the airbnb on wedding morning (worst case scenario) due to extreme flooding. TJ shared that this was unusual, but it did lose us 2 hours of wedding morning, so heads up. All of this to say, I wholeheartedly recommend TJ’s home based on the quality, experience, and host’s customer service. This place is a GEM!

Wonderful stay! The cabin was very comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed and Hans checked in on us during the visit. The porch was awesome and we loved sitting outside. All the trees were so lovely and the lake was even closer than we thought. It was so peaceful sitting out by the water and enjoying the lake views as well. The cabin was in a great location for all the hiking we did near Heber Springs and Fairfield Bay. Just a lovely part of Arkansas. Highly recommend a visit!

We will be back! Michael was a great host, everything was as described. Clean 10/10, communication 10/10, comfort 10/10. Very easy to relax and enjoy time with family here. Highly recommend!

He accommodated me on very short notice and went beyond what I would normally expect a host to do! I will certainly stay there again.

My friends and I have been to this lakehouse several times. We always enjoy it! The house comfortably seats many people and has lots of towels, plates, ect that you would need. Brooke is always responsive and helpful. We will be back!

The place was very well maintained and a very private space. The neighborhood was safe and clean. The backyard setup and the river was breathtaking. Laurell was very responsive and easy to communicate. People who looking for a getaway to a peaceful surrounding with lush green and river next to you should really try this home. The access to river was safe and well kept with a floating deck. If you are into fishing, please bring your own setup and get ready for some amazing trouts when the water is cold. I would highly recommend this place.

It was a private area without a bunch of loud neighbors. Our host was very responsive leading up to the stay and during it. It ended up storming a fair amount of the time we were there but the house had plenty to do inside. Everything we needed was right there and available for us to use.

The house was fully equipped to handle our family of 9. We cooked every meal and wanted for nothing! The lake was very accessible and we had lots of fun in and around the water, using every amenity the host offers. We are talking about making this an annual trip. Kudos to the host for thinking of everything you could want!

We greatly enjoyed a family weekend at this beautiful home! It was very clean, spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped.

This was a lovely fully set up house on a pretty waterfront lot with the warmth which comes from having been configured primarily for the owner's use.

Mary's house was absolutely stunning! Everything was been updated beautifully throughout the house. The view out of the back windows that span the whole house was gorgeous! The back deck was where we spent most of our time where we watched deer, raccoons, and a whole host of different birds coming to eat at the neighbor's feeders. It was so peaceful and the sky was dark. We had everything we needed in the house. She even had fresh flowers all around the house. Bring your binoculars and enjoy!
