Our property is a spacious four-room apartment in a peaceful country setting, while conveniently located, 2 miles to Nashua, close to highways, & about 50 minutes to Boston. Hollis is a charming active farming community offering orchards,trails,art studios and a winery! Please note prior to booking: Apartment is accessed via a small grassy hill of 35 feet long, with a gentle 4-foot embankment. As such, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. We also have a no-pets policy.

Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

The suite has a large living area, bedroom with king bed and private bath . The location is an ideal 20 minutes from the Manchester/Boston Regional airport and 10 minutes from the Merrimack Premium Outlets as well as a wide variety of restaurants. Boston, skiing, the beach and the #1 most hiked mountain in the world are all about an hour away.

Your home away from home is a spacious & newly renovated basement/in-law apartment (approx 1100 sq feet) located below the main house, with its own private entrance, dedicated parking & in walkable neighborhood. The unit has a bathroom, full kitchen, living room & bedroom w/queen bed & extra tv. Hubbardston is a quaint little town with no stop-lights yet conveniently located to many beautiful hiking trails, fishing spots and lakes. 10 minutes from route 2 and 15 minutes from Mt Wachusetts.

Apartment has 1 queen bed with roll out cot and a full bathroom with shower and selection of towels. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

Even though the main home is occupied, you may never see the occupants during your stay. You have a private drive, a private parking space, a private entrance. The home owners use the front doors and very seldom go into the back yard so it's almost like you're there alone.
