Of all the places I have stayed at with an Airbnb Amy‘s place was our absolute favorite. We moved to North Carolina from Arizona and had a 10 day lapse before we moved into our house. We decided to try Amy‘s place based on the reviews, and this place is even better than all of the five stars! It was truly a little slice of heaven. The house was in such a peaceful location. Amy and her sister Olive were incredibly kind and responsive. Our kids were a fan of the horses on property as well as the space to run and play, and were also a big fan of Mr. Michael! The drive into town is about 20 minutes, but it is a gorgeous drive so we never minded doing it. If you’re considering this location, we would absolutely recommend it! It was the perfect way to start our new chapter in North Carolina. Thank you Amy and Olive! 🧡

This is the spot we stay on our trips to the Greenville area. Everything is great. Clean, amenities, great fenced back yard for our pups. It also provides privacy. The area is peaceful yet close to great restaurants. Ayden Golf Club is only a couple miles away. The best feature is the host. Great folks and very responsive. This will always be our stay.

The place worked very well for us as a men's tennis team. Abundant bedrooms with queen-size comfortable beds and a fantastic game room in the garage area. The place has been modernized over time, and we were perfectly fine with the amenities. There are one and a half baths downstairs that cover 3 bedrooms (both outside the bedrooms) and one and a half baths upstairs that cover the other 3 bedrooms. However, the full bath is in the master bedroom and the half bath is in another bedroom. This may not be ideal for a large group of married couples. The house has a unique architecture and is a fun place to see and experience. What makes it a great place is the host and his responsiveness to any questions we had. He lives in a different part of the property which allows for easy communication and responsiveness. Another great attribute is the total cost which allowed us to stay together in a house for less money than a hotel stay for the same period. This was a game changer for us.

Everything went very well during our stay. The trailer is completely renovated and everything is immaculately clean. The property is very safe and private. The mini split AC units for each room are excellent and very quiet. Highly recommended.

Jovon is one of the better hosts I have dealt with before on Airbnb. Highly recommend his place!

Leon’s property was perfect for our stay. He provided clear instructions and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The house, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and clean. We will book his property next time we are in town.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from ECU. It was so convenient to campus. The house was comfy and very clean. Highly recommend.

Brianna's home was beautiful and clean. The pool was amazing and clean. Anything I needed, question, recommendations, ect she responded within minutes. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home on our weekend without the kids. They will come next time.

The view is impeccable. My only disappointment, I could not stay in the residence longer. Family reunions can certainly occupy your time. Would love to stay again another time.

This home was one of our best stays ever. The house was beautiful and very well appointed! I appreciated the labels on the kitchen cabinets as it made everything easy to find. And the labels on the light switches helped as well! We cooked in and found everything we needed in the kitchen plus we enjoyed being able to grill. And the snack basket was a nice touch! The house was immaculate and very well cared for. We enjoyed hangout there when we weren’t out exploring. It was an easy drive to downtown New Bern. And the property and neighborhood were great for our dog. Jacqueline was friendly and proactive and we could not have asked for a better host. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely return. All around great stay!

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy being outside. House was amazing and clean, absolutely loved watching movies in the movie theater, and loved swimming in the pool.

Perfect cute place that is just right for 1-2 guest. There is a marina right there if you like looking at boats. Alana was right on top of things and there were no issues. I’d definitely stay again if the need arises.

Home was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Host was pleasant and responsive, when we reached out. But we didn’t need to reach out much, because the home had what we needed. Host provided a welcome basket with treats from local merchants, which was a very nice touch. We truly enjoyed our stay!

As many other guests have already said... this property goes beyond the descriptions. In contrast to so many AirBnbs, the decor at the loft was tasteful, authentic, and stylish. When you venture downstairs to the Manifest store, you will understand how/why! The loft is right downtown, so you can roam around and easily stop back in if you need to drop anything off, pick anything up, or just rest. We used the space to work from during one of our days, and it was lovely to be able to pop out for a quick bite and then continue with the day. We got great recommendations from the host -- all the spots to be sure to catch and the inside scoop on the what and who of Washington. About the space itself: the bed was incredibly comfortable, and so were the couches for just relaxing and reading. If you are considering other spots in Washington, don't. Just book this and you'll be very glad you did!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing stay!! The guesthouse was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to ECU. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Greenville/ECU. Lesley was a fantastic host, while we did not meet during our stay she was very responsive and I knew would be there for any needs we may have had. The place was fantastic, we absolutely loved it and we will definitely be staying there again.

Absolutely beautiful cottage, super clean, perfectly made beds, stunning kitchen. Loved the interior design and decor. Short walk to great restaurants and shopping. Quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was like staying at my grandmothers house. My only complaint, which is a total personal preference, the bed was firmer than I liked. Other than that it was an amazing place to rent and we will be returning next time we are in town.
