Holiday rentals with a patio in Greenville

We loved watching a doe and a fawn each morning. The view was spectacular. The accommodations were wonderful. The place was clean. Loved that Celeste met us at our arrival. The covered parking garage was also a plus. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

What a cozy peaceful apartment, very clean modern build with a few simple country decor items. Very peaceful and private for a little weekend getaway, a quiet peaceful remote work trip, or a stop on a road trip. Easu climate control, good Wi-Fi, plenty of blankets and kitchen items.

Lil’ Dock was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend visit. Downtown New Bern is just a short drive away, and we also got the quiet river view that comes with not staying right in the city. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is the spot we stay on our trips to the Greenville area. Everything is great. Clean, amenities, great fenced back yard for our pups. It also provides privacy. The area is peaceful yet close to great restaurants. Ayden Golf Club is only a couple miles away. The best feature is the host. Great folks and very responsive. This will always be our stay.

This was my second stay at Becky’s property. This is one of the most quiet, comfortable places I have ever stayed. Everything is always in order, the property is spotless, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that is close to all amenities. I will always check to see if any of Becky’s properties are available before I look elsewhere. 5 stars all the way around!

Shynar is the absolute best host! The home is awesome. Everything you would need. We prefer to eat in and had everything at the home to prepare meals. Even had a new grill for cooking. Gas appliances were an upgrade to what we have at our home. Beds very comfy and a nice covered back porch to hang out in the evening. Very quiet neighborhood. We will be staying there in the future. Thank you Shynar for a great Weekend.

In Greenville ECU graduation and wanted a place to be able to relax, have a kitchen and not be a hotel. Out stay at Claudine’s was great, easy check in, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and we were able to see different parts of Greenville.

We absolutely adored this charming and beautifully appointed cottage. Tonyia has done a lovely and imaginative job of renovating and decorating this 18th century home. It has very lovely furnishings and a very cheery feel. The kitchen is quite cute and up to date. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The 2 full bathrooms are also spacious and extremely clean. The upstairs master bath vanity and sink is precious! In the back of the house there is lovely deck with a small grill, a patio table and a private driveway. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Tonyia’s Airbnb!

Great place to stay! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, playing golf at Harbour pointe and exploring downtown new Bern on day 1, and then touring tryon palace, playing disc golf, and enjoying the amenities on property on day 2. Sara’s is a great dinner spot nearby for dine in or pick up!

This place is very well appointed - anything you might need was there! It's a lovely space, nicely decorated in an oceanside theme, spotlessly clean, with comfortable furniture and a comfortable bed. The owner offered access to a nearby recreation center, and we would have loved to but it was very much a working weekend for us and we did not have time to take advantage of that. There's plenty of parking available and getting in was quick and easy. Highly recommended and would rent again next time we need a place in the area!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

My family & I had a great stay, beautiful home with everything we needed. Dawn was very responsive and helpful. We saw lots of deer and squirrels, moon over the river was beautiful. A great retreat after beach days and running around New Bern.

We had a wonderful stay at this new listing! The home is very comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the beautiful deck overlooking the Neuse River — the view is absolutely stunning and made for peaceful mornings and unforgettable sunsets. Although this is a new listing, everything was smooth and thoughtfully prepared. I'm sure the owner will earn Super host status in no time. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

Cozy and comfortable place. Ideal for families. We have felt at home. The decoration is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. On top of it, the guests were very kind and helpful.
