It is the only cottage offering a vast, picturesque, panoramic view of beautiful Sag Harbor Cove from Main Street as well as spectacular sunsets and a private low-tide beach. Maritime Village Getaway with Backyard

Well located Greenport 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Historic renovated private home with modern furnishings and updated appliances and finishings. Patio and yard with outdoor shower, fire pit, and yard. Central AC and heat. Properly licensed as a rental with Greenport Village and Suffolk County. I now add the airbnb fees and local and state taxes onto the listing. If you have questions about this please reach out. Not sure how transparent the fee structure is for guests.

Perfectly situated on 1.75 acres. 3 minute drive, or easy walk, to the center of Greenport village, 2 minute ferry ride to quaint Shelter Island, and a 6 minute drive to tip of Orient. So right in the middle of the action with the peace and serenity of living outside the village. Private beach a short walk/ride down the street.
