Dock has cleats to tie up your boat. Great swimming area for the kids. Quick access to dining, movies, groceries and local attractions. Fishing, sporting clay shooting, off road dirt biking. Great relaxing get away for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (dogs).

Beautiful Lake Oconee home with an updated contemporary decor. Open floor plan with a huge kitchen loaded with granite counters and premium appliances. Lots of hardwood floors and and huge windows overlooking the big lake views. Large private lot with a gentle slope to the lake. The smooth concrete walkway doesn't have one step along the path, making it easy to roll your cooler to the dock. The maximum size dock with a maintenance free dock surface. An amazing fire pit and outdoor living.

Escape from your busy life for an incredible peaceful get-away. This luxury waterfront suite is the perfect place to relax, recharge and reconnect. Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.
