Place was just what we needed. Great outside area on lake. It was too windy and rough the day we were there so could not use kayaks

My husband and I had such a relaxing stay at Linda's! We came for three nights for a family vacation and my sister and my mom both had separate AirBNBs in the same building. Linda's Condo was so nice. When they stopped in, they were so surprised at how nice and clean it was compared to theirs. Linda had all the amenities and was so communicative every step of the way. We loved the little touches she brought to help us have an amazing stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Daphne’s! The place was welcoming, cozy and very comfortable. Walt and Daphne were very responsive and provided all the little extras that make traveling an ease! The area and home are very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed kayaking on the lake and our teenage boys loved the fishing! I highly recommend this place!

The setting on the lake is gorgeous and the small apartment made the most of the space available! We will be back.

Outstanding location for downtown activities in both directions on Front Street and visiting both peninsulas!

We are so happy that we stayed at TC Rock Shop! The place iself is so cute—very cozy!—and the location was minutes to downtown shops and restaurants, with the bay literally across the street! We spent a lot of time walking around the cute neighborhood, and enjoying the sunsets on the water. We went to an art fair and Sleder's Tavern (my parents' old fave in the 70s) right down the street! The apartment was the cleanest AirBNB I think we've ever been in, which was hugely appreciated. It was quiet at night, the bed was super comfy, and the towels smelled wonderful! We really appreciated the snacks, tea, and bottle of local Crisp wine (yummy!) they kindly left out for us. Although we didn't make use of them, we noticed a number of amenities that would be appreciated by other guests — umbrellas, cooler, beach gear, a pack and play, etc. We really loved this place and will hopefully stay here again on a future trip to TC!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful first getaway at Sarah’s place. The property was peaceful, private, and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We had a great time visiting Na-Tah-Ka, exploring Ludington, the Silver Lake Sand Dunes, and more — but some of our favorite moments were just spent enjoying the quiet beauty of the property itself. We’ll definitely be back to soak in the tranquility and natural surroundings again. Sarah was a kind and responsive host, and her place is absolutely worth the stay. 🌲

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

We met three other couples here for a long weekend and the house worked well for our gathering. The house was very clean and the check-in process was easy. The host was super quick to reply to any questions we had. We were provided with an ebook ahead of time that had extensive information about the property and things to do in Traverse City and the surrounding area. The property was just as nice as the inside of the house. We enjoyed the deck and grill and sat by the fire every night. The ability to go out on the lake using their canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat was wonderful. It's a beautiful lake and very quiet. We loved our stay!

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location - perfect for our family getaway!

Our stay was exactly what we needed. The property was beautiful and comfortable. There were many things to do on the lake and amenities to use. I had to drag my husband away since he didn't want to leave. Jennifer was an impeccable hostess and not only takes great care of the property but went above and beyond to make our stay carefree. I loved the information given on surround business and personal touches to make us feel welcomed. Thank you. Just a warning the fish in this lake love to tease and are experts at getting a free breakfast from your lines!

Beautiful lakefront property. The host is very kind and always responsive. The host includes so many amenities letting you make the most of the ease of access to the lake. Plenty of space for a big family trip. The location is very close to Trevor City. Yuu are a little close to the road but that isn't too bad. I would definitely love to book again closer to summer. It was a little cold for water activites during our trip. the rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures which is really nice. I would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay with our two kids (3.5 and 6 yrs old). They were able to share the second downstairs bedroom and had their own bathroom. The place was just like the pictures, very beautiful. Had tons of fun exploring the area, our favorite places were the Grass River Natural area down the street, downtown Bellaire for the brewery and candy store and ice cream store, King Orchard further north was great for the kids, and finally we spent two days at Antrim Beach to play in the sand and look for rocks. Cooked a lot in the kitchen and made smores on the firepit a few times. The only negative is that the house is near a road so although it is very quiet and peaceful, there are occasional cars going by which you can't see but only hear.

You cannot beat the location of this place if you’re wanting to experience downtown traverse city. My husband and I were able to run out for a quick coffee, walk to the water, visit a restaurant or bar and stop back to change/whatever without worrying about it. The place was clean and Jaime was very responsive with any question we had. He also had simple check out instructions. There’s a free parking spot included which was also wonderful. Def recommend!

Would definitely stay again, clean unit in a great locations. The balcony was amazing in the early mornings for coffee.

This was our first time to Traverse City and we lucked up finding this condo on the beach/water! It was decorated so cute with modern/clean touches. Very easy to enter/leave with press-lock. The bed is SO comfortable. We were very appreciative of the 'Welcome' book with recommendations of things to do/places to see around Traverse. Would definitely book here again!

Kara’s place was perfect! My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Very comfortable and clean place, had everything that we needed. From the views and close to everything that we wanted to see. Definitely hope to be back soon!

In our experience, it's always rare to find a place that lives up to the hype of the description, however in this case, The Nest exceeded the already great expectations as described. Sure, the photos do the best they can to capture the view that is afforded to guests, but walking into the living room and seeing the view is breathtaking. You'll quickly find yourself trying to decide between taking the time to explore the town of Frankfort (which is great), or spending all your time on the balcony taking in the views. It truly was a welcoming accommodation, and we felt at home immediately. Everything you need is available, and we were very surprised by how large the bedroom was. it was our first time to Northern Michigan, and we cannot wait to return. Charlie and Suzy's location will be the first place we check for availability when we do!

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! Elissa was incredibly welcoming and responsive from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The space itself was spotless and clearly maintained with great care—every detail was thought of. From the cozy linens to the little extras (like snacks, extra toothbrushes, and local tips), everything felt a step above. It truly felt like a home away from home on a long stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Forest’s condo. is a perfect haven for fun, relaxation and comfort. She is extremely responsive to questions and wants the renters to have a great experience. We look forward to going back!
